“Phenomenal food quality and service. There are so many options: different sashimi, toppings, and dressings. Tuna, cabbage, cucumber, and carrots with wasabi cream dressing was one of my favorite combinations. The portion size is very satisfying. For the price, you cannot get a fresher, tastier poke bowl than this. In terms of the environment, this is a small store, but I really love the vibe and décor. I was looking for a local ramen spot and came across Minaya. It's on Wiles in the Aldi Plaza. Ordered 2 pork cha su ramen.
The tonkatsu broth was flavorful and rich. The pork cha su was tender and flavorful. 1 order of ramen could feed 2, portions were extremely generous.
We didn't dine in but pick up was easy, on time and with great service. It isn't a big spot but still cozy and clean.
I highly recommend Minaya and will go definitely go back!“
