Very disappointed with my visit. The place was dirty and poorly maintained — I even saw roaches walking around in the open. The food was bland and tasted off, definitely not fresh. The whole experience felt careless and uncomfortable. I won’t be coming back.

My mom and I get takeout from this Pollo Tropical a few times every week. The food is incredible, the portions are plentiful, and the staff are phenomenal! Bryan and the rest of the staff always go the extra mile to make sure our order is correct. Also, Bryan personally makes sure the condiments and cutlery are in the bag, which really shows me how much he values his customers. We will definitely keep coming back!
