The menu changed for all items to not be customizable anymore. I ordered a large classic tropichop which turned out to be a large bowl of 2 pounds of rice, half a pound of black beans, and a singular strip cut chicken cutlet. I’m not sure how they’re still in business. After the sauce bar was removed, it all went downhill from there. I went there a few years ago at first and it was all slow workers. They fixed that, but somehow at the cost of the Value of the decent food they used to serve. I will not be going here again unfortunately also due to the atmosphere of the restaurant looking like a nursing home, it’s all corporate-ified instead of the homey feel it used to have.

I took my mom here that came to visit from Canada and the food was extremely fresh. The service was amazing extra friendly by all staff. A huge shout out to Will who served us extremely professional and had the biggest smile all around a great and wonderful experience will definitely be back!

Stay FAR away from this location. The employees come to work sick. I got horrific food poisoning here and had to seek medical attention after which pollo tropical refused to reimburse me for, and refused to refund me as well. I was vomiting for hours and thought I was gonna die.

We stopped through the drive through to grab some chicken Cesar wraps. The food was alright, but the wraps were a little small, but the service was very good. The woman who took our order was very nice and when we got the window, Bryan was very helpful and brought our food to the car when It was ready.
Bryan is the man, don’t let him go stopped by Friday night and he didn’t disappoint. Highly reccomend him as a key part of pollos success.
