We went through the drive thru and had the most pleasant experience with ARIEL. She was sweet and professional . She was a breathe of fresh air getting as we waited for my order . Pollo is lucky to have an employee like Ariel.

The last few times which have been weeks apart that we went to this particular location, the food quality has gone lower and lower. In the most recent visit, the order was given to us incorrectly and after it was fixed. The chicken was so dry it was not edible and the few pieces of steak in the trio tasted like rubber. We were very disappointed as we used to frequent this location but I don't believe we will be coming back again
All the employees were inside laughing having a great time, that would be fine.Accept when I and my Cuban Sandwich is not even on the bread. Thanks guys

I’m constantly getting shorted food here when I order the pollo pork duo. They constantly forget the pork and I end up with basically half the meal, rice and beans are cheaper than dirt I’m paying for meat. I very sincerely don’t like leaving bad reviews but this has happened too many times for someone to not take a note of it. Please please please stop forgetting my food.

The tomatoes in my chicken quesadilla wrap tasted borderline spoiled! I know this was a late order however always ensure you are preparing fresh food for your consumers!

I went to this place to eat and buy a materva that should’ve been less than $3, but they charged me $30! Total rip-off! And to top it off, the same person taking orders is also cooking and cleaning the place...so gross! How can they get away with that? It’s seriously nasty. I also have a strong feeling they’re using immigrant labor. This place is a joke, and I’m never coming back!

Honestly idk if it's all of them that do it but when I ask for 20 sauces they give them to me without hesitation. Now anywhere else, if you want just 1 more sauce they wanna charge you for it. Not to mention the plantains are good here too so this a 5 star joint for me
