This time food was not so great.
Pescado saltado was not very flavorful and the ceviche was overcooked.

The passion fruit Drink ? was good, the “Risotto a la Huancaina” was good too and the “Parihuela” for me was very ?️ impossibly to eat, but my son liked it a lot.
I love ceviche but I didn't want to try it because a friend of mine got sick the last time he ate ceviche at this restaurant.
I would like to try the mango drink but they didn't have mango to do. The service was ok, as the drink took a while to arrive and we had to ask twice to get the water.

IM not coming back anymore
The plantains that came with my meal were yummy, but the Sea Bass I ordered was very bland and not grilled as described. One of my kids had a chicken dish that was like chicken fried rice. She enjoyed the flavor of her meal. The steak dish my other child ordered was also very tasty. But, it took a very long time for the meal to come and to get refills on water. Not a place I would rush back to.

Tasty, but excessively salty. It overpowered the other flavors in the dish, in my opinion.

It is no longer the old pukura for a special occasion.
We visited Pukara Peruvian last month and it's quickly become my go-to spot for authentic Peruvian cuisine in SE Florida! You might even say it deserves the title of "Best Peruvian Restaurant." The first thing that struck me was the quality of the ingredients. From the first bite, it was evident that they use fresh, high-quality products. The service was just as impressive as the food. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, making the entire dining experience incredibly enjoyable. The atmosphere itself was warm and inviting, making me feel like I was at a modern restaurant in Peru. The Huancaina Risotto was creamy and flavorful - a perfect example of how Peruvian cuisine takes familiar dishes and adds a unique twist. I ordered the Lomo Saltado medium-rare and it was cooked to perfection - the tender beef paired beautifully with the savory vegetables. And of course, no Peruvian experience is complete without a pisco sour. Theirs was bright, sour, frothy and refreshing.I left Pukara feeling incredibly satisfied and looking forward to returning soon. There are so many more dishes I can't wait to try, even though their Lomo Saltado has become my favorite! If you're looking for an authentic and delicious Peruvian culinary adventure, this is the place to be.

We enjoyed grilled octopus, kids menu was good as well, but very disappointed in ceviches...Ordered ceviche classico and ceviche mixto, instead of cubes of fish, we got huge uneven pieces of low quality fish WITH BONES... one bone has stuck in my gums...We had a party of 4 including 2 kids, and we were charged 18% gratuity automatically, the service was good, but I don't like the idea when customers are forced to tip 18%...I can't say it's a bad place, but definitely will not come back here for ceviches...

very disappointed, we came from Palm Beach for breakfast on Mother's day. We arrived at 9.10 am, because it was indicated that they are open from 9 am, but we saw on the door that they start working from 12. ""Thank you "for the holiday breakfast. Irresponsible owners
