I don't know why they call this Restaurant is called Pura Vida, which is the slogan for Costa Ricans, my friend brought me there, thinking the food would be from Costa Rica, which absolutely nothing was. It is also quite expensive.

These prices are INSANE!!!! 12% service charge?!?! This is so ridiculous. Expect to add an extra $10 per item cost when you come here!!! This is unacceptable. Do better. & $10 for a juice? Speechless. & if you have to drench the food in sauce because otherwise it’s tasteless, that says something.

The employees were rude and served us allergens. When ordering, we informed Igor about a severe allergy, confirmed with him that this ingredient would be omitted, in but we were still served a side salad with the allergen. We only found out once the allergen was consumed, and a reaction occurred. We spoke with a “manager” but he had very little knowledge about food safety. They did nothing about the contamination and basically told us to eat somewhere else.Aside from that, each employee we interacted with was rude. I also witnessed an employee putting new products in front of older products in the display case… 0/10 please don’t spend your money here. I don’t remember all the names, but Cali and Maca were the rudest. Management needs an overhaul.
