We have been coming to Rafinaâs for the past 10 years and it is one of our favourite restaurants, but this time I ordered the Branzino and it was overcooked. The server offered to replace it, but I waited too long for it to come so cancelled the order. The price was deleted from our bill and we were brought dessert. This is the way a restaurant should be and we will come back again. ïżŒ

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant today. Our waitress had a snobby, Boca Ratonâstyle attitude from the moment we sat down. She was rude, inattentive, and completely lacking in professionalism, which set a negative tone for the whole meal.
The food didnât help the situation either â everything we ordered was subpar and far from what we expected. Between the poor service and the mediocre food, the entire experience was a letdown. I wonât be coming back, and I canât recommend this place based on todayâs visit.

We've been to Rafina before, and it seemed like it's a different restaurant. My fish was overcooked, they never fully cleared our table, they never asked if we wanted desert or coffee prior to presenting the check. I will not be returning.

Our group sat for ten minutes after being seated before someone came to our table to take drink orders. There were 2 orders of 5 lamb chops to be split at our table. One order was very ample, on order the chops were half the size of the other. Our waiter was often no where to be found, but we saw him busy socializing with waitresses. Never came around for refills on coffee or tea. After waiting 15 minutes for a check, had to get up and search for someone to bring us a check. We were there later and iut seemed that the entire wait staff was very busy socializing. Very unusual as always had great service.
Loved the outdoor seating/water view. However the food was just ok. I'd come back but it wouldn't be my first option. The octopus was charred and chewy, the gyro meat was pan fried and the sides were ok. We also had issues with the service, but all in all minor stuff.

We recently reserved Rafina this past weekend for a private event and every part of the process was seamless. Irene was our main point of contact and was a pleasure to work with. She was professional and timely with all aspects. The entire staff was so warm and welcoming to our family and friends. The bartenders, Soula and Issac also did a fantastic job at making sure no one was thirsty! Lol! The restaurant is beautiful, over looks a lake, and the food is beyond delicious! We appreciate all the effort and care that Irene and her team showed to us! If you havenât had a meal here yet, I highly recommend giving them a try! Thanks again to Irene and her team for everything!

Went on Sunday The food was terrible I don't know what happened to this place spent $120 got 3 maze apitizer it was very salty yogurt dip was runny eggplant dip had no flavor grilled octopus was dry and not fresh mosaka was dry and not fresh the only good thing was desert I took home some food that we did not finish next day the maze was spoiled I tree it out and mosaka was so dry after reheated for 1 minute I threw it out can't eat it so the place went down I ate here before and it was good that is why I came back also gyro is not restaurant made like a good restaurant make in house it was sliced from a cone processed cheap meat I am in food business so I know the difference definitely NOT Coming back neather should YOU Find better places to eat or you will be wasting your money for shute like I did
