We have been wanting to try this place for awhile now. Finally had the opportunity. We had thw chicken broth ramen with the ground chicken, chicken broth ramen with pork belly and the kimchi fries. The fries we really enjoyed and the ramen was perfect for a rainy day like today. We liked this place a lot.

The ramen is so good I recommend the boba it’s so good too and for dessert there’s a boba that is chocolate.there’s a mochi that is really sweet but it’s really good and there’s three different flavors.

We ate here late one night at the recommendation of our friends. The food was so good! Brian suggested the Yaki Udon and I am so happy he did! I ate every bit of it! My wife ate the Miso Ramen and she enjoyed the flavor. The service was excellent and the environment was welcoming. Prices could be a little lower but otherwise this is a great place to eat! I'm glad our friend suggested it!

Food is really good, comes out super fast, and reasonably priced for how much food you get. I come here all the time, usually in the evening after getting done at the gym. The servers are very friendly. Give them a try!

The food here was very tasty. Unfortunately, I ordered the carbonara, not knowing that it was served with a raw egg. I ate about half of the plate. That evening along with the days following I became very sick. I was not sick prior to eating this, but as soon as I ate it, I had a very bad fever and nausea. I think if a restaurant is going to serve raw egg, it has to be prepared properly so it is safe for consumption.

Inflation has hit this place hard! The portion is no where near what it once was. I would be completely full after eating their Tonkatsu Ramen a while ago. After my last visit, I still had to grab another lunch after because I was still hungry. At least they kept the quality, so with that I am pleased. It’s always a pleasure to savor this dish, although next time I will make it a double!

Great food! A little on the pricier side but good value for its price point. Definitely try the boba here, one of the best boba places in Boca.

Appetizers and drinks were amazing but the ramen I had was not so great. The place is awesome though the service is top tier, I'll definitely come back and try something different.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!
Stay FAR AWAY from Ramen Lab at 20449 State Rd 7 Unit A5, Boca Raton, FL 33498. I came in expecting a decent bowl of noodles with fresh vegetables. What I got instead? MOLDY cauliflower sitting right on top of my food. I was immediately sick to my stomach just seeing it. For $18, that’s what they served—mold. This tells me nothing in that kitchen is being checked or handled properly. If moldy cauliflower made it into my bowl, who knows what else was spoiled? I didn’t bother digging around to find out. Totally unacceptable, completely disgusting, and a clear sign they don’t care about quality or health. Save your money—and your stomach—and go somewhere that takes basic food safety seriously.

Went in and ordered to go. $50 for two bowls of ramen soup. One of them was shrimp and only three pieces. I asked if both bowls could be on the mild side and the answer was no. So not to take kids too and not for anyone that doesn’t like spicy food. I should have followed my instincts and went somewhere else. I don’t for see this place staying in business if they can’t make exceptions on how apicy the food is.

**Ramen Lab Eatery – A Hidden Gem in Boca Raton**

I've been on the hunt for that perfect bowl of ramen for what feels like forever—even went all the way to Japan and still couldn't quite find what I was looking for. But Ramen Lab Eatery in Boca Raton absolutely blew me away.

I tried the **Vegan Ramen**, and my husband tried the **Miso Ramen**, and I can honestly say they were *next level*. The Vegan Ramen had this incredibly rich, umami-packed broth that you’d never guess was plant-based. The toppings were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. As for the Miso Ramen— Deep, savory miso flavor with a silky, comforting broth and tender noodles that soaked up every bit of it.

This place isn’t just good—it’s a must-visit. Everything from the vibe to the food is spot-on. If you're looking for ramen that hits all the right notes, this is *definitely* the spot. It's exactly what I’ve been craving, and somehow, Ramen Lab delivers better than what I found in Japan. Absolute perfection.
