Amazing service. I usually go to the East Boca location with my family but decided to try something new today. Mary was extremely hospitable and went beyond to explain the menu to my daughter and I! The tonkotsu was rich in flavor and the buns were devine. I was recommended a lychee saketini and boy did it not dissapoint. Highly recommend coming here with either family or friends.

I visited this place couple of wks ago. I Tried the oyako Katsu don and it was very dry. Didn’t come with any broth like a normal Katsu don I’m accustomed to. I asked the server and suggested spicy mayo, and I asked Katsu also on the side. When the bill came was surprised with a charge of $3.40 for both sauces. I think they should train servers to mention sauces are with a charge just so customers are aware. Other than that Service was great. I should’ve trusted my intuition and ordered ramen like i originally planned. Will probably still visit again next time and try their ramen.

From the moment you walk in, you can feel the positive energy and see how well everyone works in sync. Gavin our server, absolutely delightful.
I’ve seen some negative reviews floating around, particularly one claiming that the restaurant wasn’t accommodating and even kicked out a special needs family. I was actually there, and that’s not what happened at all. The manager, Brantley, was simply doing her job, ensuring that the restaurant maintained its standards by not allowing outside food. She handled the situation with grace and professionalism, prioritizing the wellness and integrity of the restaurant for all guests.
It’s clear that the team here genuinely cares about their customers and strives to provide a top-notch experience. The food is consistently delicious, the service is spot-on, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I can’t recommend Ramen Lab Eatery enough, and I’m looking forward to many more visits in the future!

And Mia, our server, was on top of everything! She was quick, super friendly, and made sure we were always taken care of without hovering. You could tell she really cared about making our experience awesome.
Now, here’s where things got a little wild—some lady decided to cause a scene out of nowhere, stopping the whole restaurant in its tracks. It was super awkward, but Brantley and Mia handled it like pros. They kept their cool and made sure the rest of us still had a great time, despite the drama.
Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about the service here. The food was killer, but the way Brantley and Mia kept everything smooth and fun—even with the random interruption—made our night. Can’t wait to come back for more!

Our server, Gavin, was equally impressive. He was efficient, attentive, and ensured that our needs were met without us having to ask. His attention to detail was spot on, and he kept everything running smoothly.
During our visit, there was an unfortunate incident where a lady caused quite a scene, disrupting the entire restaurant. It was completely uncalled for, but Brantley handled it with professionalism and composure. She managed to keep the situation under control without it affecting the overall experience for other diners.
Despite the unexpected interruption, the management and staff went above and beyond to make sure we still had a fantastic time. The way they handled the situation only reinforced how amazing this place is.
I can’t recommend Ramen Lab Eatery enough! From the food to the service, everything was top-notch. I’ll definitely be returning soon.
