Can I just say, if I could give this restaurant 10 stars I would. I was warmly greeted by this wonderful host Sofia. She immediately sat me at a table and everything was clean and organized. I was then greeted by my server Valerie, she offered me water and explained the menu to me since it was first time dining in. The boba teas looked amazing so I decided to order one. Most DELICIOUS drink I have ever tried in my life. I got a Thai tea, it was simple yet delectable. My server Valerie recommended me the Korean Style Bulgogi and it lived up to my expectations. I didn’t have to wait for my food very long and it came out the perfect temperature. I will 1000% be coming back. This is definitely my new favorite spot to eat and would highly recommend.

A great place!!
As soon as I walked in the host that I believe her name was Maya greeted me with a big smile and was super kind.
I asked for some recommendations since it was my first time here and my server Val recommended me the burnt end kimchi fried rice and it was the best food I’ve ever have. She was super nice and always checked on us. Overall I loved the place , the boba made by the host was amazing would definitely recommend and I’ll be coming back!!

I dine in last night and the food was amazing. My server is Valerie and she’s amazing, i tried all her recommendations and it was all great. The ramen is so good, Love the nanban chicken, loaded kimchi fries, pork gyoza. Overall 10/10 food is great, decoration is amazing and host and server is friendly! Definitely recommend and will be back for more!

We had a very disappointing lunch experience at Ramen Lab.
There were five of us dining at lunchtime. We each ordered one bowl of ramen, shared 5–6 appetizers, and also ordered two milk teas. Unfortunately, one appetizer was extremely salty, and one of the ramen bowls (kimchi-flavored broth) was so salty that it was almost impossible to eat.
We politely asked our server if it was possible to add a little clear broth to dilute the soup, as it was genuinely too salty. Instead, the server brought us a bowl of kimchi broth, which was just as salty as the original soup. At that point, we decided to stop eating it.
When the bill came, we noticed we were charged an extra $5 for the broth. We explained the situation to our server, who understood and said the $5 charge could be removed.
However, two minutes later, a female manager came over and insisted that we must pay the $5 for the extra broth, stating that any additional broth is always charged. We calmly explained again that:
• The ramen was excessively salty
• We only asked for clear broth to make it edible
• We had clearly told the server there was an issue with the soup
The manager responded very rudely and even claimed that we never said there was any problem with the ramen, which was simply not true. One person at our table specifically said we just wanted a bit of clear broth to balance the saltiness.
At that point, we were extremely frustrated. A dish that was too salty to swallow, poor communication, and an unprofessional, dismissive attitude from management is unacceptable. We ended up formally complaining and asking for a refund for that ramen.
Ramen Lab failed on food,service and customer care. We will not be returning.

I wanted so bad to love this place, but Customer Service wise, price, portion size and lacking severely.
We sat outside when we ate here 1st week of January. It was a nice cool night, and I love the tables out near the water fountain. The little tap lights are a nice touch. We sat down and it took about 10 min before a man came to us and asked for our drink order. He was quick and attentive though. We came for a certain app and was informed that they were out as they had been very busy. He took our order and then he left. So we were left with a very busy and distracted server. The ramen was good, large portions, the apps were good as well just super tiny. I had the Fried Chicken dish which was ok, I’m not crazy about dark meat, wish I would have asked. 1st. The potato salad was a weird addition and I did not like it and there were semi blanched veggie on the plate. No sauce no real taste. So over all for $105 it wasn’t worth the experience. As we waited to get the check for over 15 min and had to ask the front staff who was standing at the register for to-go boxes. And not only did they seem annoyed but I had to wait to be acknowledged because they were too busy talking to each other. We will come back to do take out as we are dying to try the fried mushroom Bao Bun app. But we would never eat here again, too much money for poor customer service experience.

We called days before and were assured they'd be open regular hours Christmas day. We ordered our food on Christmas day and paid by credit card on line.. They opened an hour and a half late so we got our food from another Ramen Lab nearby that opened on time. The manager from the first one called us later and assured us our payment would be credited that day and we'd get a gift card for our inconvenience. It is a week later and none of that happened. We've left messages and no one has returned our calls. Terrible customer service!
Update: Despite their assurances that we would get a refund and gift card. Also someone was supposed to call us back. After almost two weeks, none of this has happened!

My children like plain ramen with or without beef. So I have to order the $14.60 plain ramen with broth and add $10 extra for short rib. This used to be $10 (plus $10), but they just raised the price. Take a look at the photo to see exactly what I was delivered. Barely a handful of noodles with a measly few strands of short ribs on top. For $24.60 plus tax, tip and all the fees I had to pay to have it delivered. Ramen Lab are you kidding me???!!!???

Made a pick up order 30 minutes ago. Came in and am literally now standing in front of the server for 10 minutes while she’s making drinks ignoring me. Instead of going for a second to get my order. Such poor service. Would not recommend!
