The customer service is great! I have been to this location many times and I'm always greeted kindly. I got the tonkatsu ramen with gyoza and passion fruit tea. One of the best ramen ever had. The atmosphere is great too if you are an avid anime fan. I would recommend to everyone to try

Walked in, and they greeted me. 10 minutes later, I am still waiting to place my order and nothing, so I walked out with 6 employees 👀 at me leave.

Extremely hot inside, someone needs to turn the AC on asap. Waited 45 minutes for a beer and a single appetizer. I had a baby with me and had to get a manager to refund my order. Took her 10 minutes to finally get behind the register and refund me after I asked multiple times. I do not recommend coming here as the customer service is horrid

She guided me through the menu and recommended great choices, which I truly appreciated. The food was amazing—flavorful, fresh, and well-prepared. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Fun place to eat with the kids but it's expensive- which make sense due to the location
Super niche ramen bar with cool art and a nice chill atmosphere. I've been to so many locations before and across places the ramen here is always the most savory and delicious 😋 I love that I can eat just a bowl and feel satisfied For something different you can go to Delray for the full dining experience :)

I was ignored by Lucas after standing in front of the register. People came in after me and he gave them menus and proceeded to provide them service. (Yes they are). I didn’t get a glance.
I left and got eat.pzza instead.
Call it what you want. I call it racism, classism at best. You don’t have to have to hate people to be racist.

Got hung up on when trying to make a carry out order my drink was watered down I had to ask the guy at the front for my order and he gave it to me after it was sitting there for over 5 min and we received it cold what a waste of time
