The smoothie and bowl were very fresh, heavy for their size and very good. Great menu with inventive blend of ingredients that put to shame the chain restaurants, the service was very friendly and although it wasn’t quick the preparing of the items it wasn’t overly long and the presentation and flavors of the items made it all worth it

The staff here sucks!! The other locations the service is amazing These young girls on the phone ...there annoyed they have to work and serve $15 smoothies and even do it properly this a shame . New management needs to control the carnival shit storm they have here. Consistency and service is key. It pains me to come to this location now..

Had pickup order. The two smoothies were ready when I walked in. Got there first but had to wait for the cashier to finish a large order before she could hand me the order. Even gave another customer their food before me? This Gen is weird. Instead of asking for assistance if they get backed up; they just make you wait until they feel like helping you. It's annoying. Even though I like the food; managers just hire warm bodies and don't properly train staff or correct wrong actions. 😢

Great place, great location, great food. Bathrooms are silly and need a code to use them. Doesn’t make any sense for this location, makes you feel like you’re in a high crime area which it is not.

Apparently a regular açaí bowl isn’t a thing here. They all have blends of other stuff in them. Mine had mango in it which I didn’t realize and it was gross. When I was ordering I specified that I wanted a regular açaí bowl because the menu was a little confusing to me and the guy was not helpful at all in explaining that. I don’t know I want to like it here but this is the second time my order wasn’t what I expected and wasn’t good and more expensive than other places with much better flavor.
