This place is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s great. Today my 15 dollar smoothie had huge chunks in it because they didn’t take the time to blend it all the way. I saw them notice this when pouring it but they still handed it to me.

Walked in at 2:40pm on a Sunday. I was the only person at the counter and stood there for a full 5 minutes, completely unacknowledged by the 2 employees there. They may have good food, I wouldn't know. Hopefully you can get their staff to acknowledge you

Been going to this location since they opened, the past few times I went there the quality and the consistency of their shakes have gone downhill. I have had shakes they were nothing but ice, very watery, and another that was impossible to drink through a straw and extreme warm.
The new staff working here needs to get trained on how to make shakes.

I’ve been coming to this raw juice spot for a couple of years and have usually had good experiences, which is why this was especially disappointing. Today I ordered an açaí bowl to take home, and when I opened it, there was little to no açaí in the blend. It tasted much more like a banana-based smoothie than an açaí bowl. I had really been craving a rich açaí flavor, so this was a letdown. While I normally wouldn’t make a big deal out of one off day, the price point for these bowls makes this hard to overlook. Unfortunately, this experience has made me question whether I’ll be returning.

Had bowls and smoothies delivered to campus for our pre serve and pass practice so I can’t speak to the location/inside. The service in keeping the açaí bowls and smoothies cold and fresh was top tier. I got the omg protein bowl. The base was incredible and included bananas, dates, oats, protein, almond butter and milk. Then it was topped off with fresh fruit, almond butter and honey. Quality ingredients, tasted super fresh. One of the best açaí type bowls I’ve had.
I ordered an OMG protein bowl via Uber Eats. It arrived on ice, with utensils and it was absolutely delicious!!! 🤤

I visited Raw Juice today to order lunch and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When I asked about the difference between two menu items, instead of giving me a brief explanation or recommendation, the manager, Kayla, just handed me the menu.
Later, when I placed the menu back on the counter for a second, she asked me — in a passive-aggressive tone — to “ you can put it back where it goes,” with a sarcastic smile. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary.
I was surprised by her attitude, especially coming from a manager. There was no empathy, no guidance, and the overall customer service felt cold and unwelcoming. I truly believe the place has potential, but their customer service — especially from management — needs serious improvement.

Loved the fort lauderdale location but this.. just by the color of the smoothie I was able to tell it was off, there were chunks of protein left on my smoothie and the chicken avocado wrap was HARD to eat it was simply horrible cold and unflavored.
