Horrible food, tasteless, terrible service. I've been going to this restaurant for years, I honestly don't know what happened. I definitely won't be back and I advise anyone who likes good food to stay away.

I would like to have the option to give 0 stars, I ordered a penne that was horrible, soft with no sauce and no seasoning, the garlic bread came without garlic, and the soup looked like pork food. If you are an Italian food lover, stay away from this place.

My family and I came to Rotelli in Boca for the first time to try and explore a new Italian restaurant. Overall from start to finish everything was absolutely horrible. The service was slow especially for a Tuesday night. We ordered the brushectta for an app to start and the tomatoes were rancid. So we in turn tried their veal and beef meatballs and had the same amount of flavor as a can of ragu. Pizza fell flat as well. It was just under burnt and barely edible. Owner Andrew was rude and unaccommodating as well. Safe to say we will be returning to Lynoras for a casual good meal. I can see why it’s an 4 star restaurant. Avoid Rotellis at all costs.

I called and was immediately put on hold 5 min. Hung up and called back and was on hold 3 more minutes. Walked into a quiet restaurant with only 2 tables occupied and several employees standing around. Had to repeat my order 3 times to the kid taking my order We order from here a lot-service is usually better- food is pretty good.

order food since 10.55 AM and 1 PM we still waiting , called and Thiago said the driver was already in the parking lot and still the driver was no where to be found , we did ordered some pasta and they mixed linguine with ziti together. all foods was ice cold and bad taste.. will never order there again. and they put everything on the driver like it was his fault but it wasn't.

Horrible pizza. The Portuguesa pizza was terrible, nothing to do with the pizza we are used too. Ordered delivery and it came cold. Frango with catupiry was regular. Spent $67 for two pizzas, felt like garbage. Disappointed.

Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE‼️ DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. The Coconut Creek location is far more superior in EVERY category. I ordered two large pizzas they Uber eats. When the pizza finally came it was three small cold pizzas. When I called they said they ran out of dough so they sent small ones to equal the size of two big pies which would be total of 32inches. They sent three 10 inch pies. YOU DO THE MATH😡 When I called, a gentleman said call the next day and they would sent me out the correct order at no charge. I just called and young man very rudely said he wasn’t going to do it and hung up. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION 0/10 service.

Have always loved Rotelli West Boca and order from them a lot. I ordered my usual cheese pizza and Garlic rolls and chocolate cake slice last night. It has changed so much since I last ordered about 4 weeks ago (not for the better). Totally different look and taste. Flavorless dough, different cheese, and flavorless sauce. Garlic rolls are totally different with little to no garlic. Chocolate cake is made totally different. Everything came in totally different packaging and boxes than usual (not theit usual white Rotelli box, just generic brown box). I swear this food didn’t even come from there…. And yes I know for a fact I didn’t mess up and order from somewhere else I have the receipt and email confirmation to prove it… totally disappointed. Will not be ordering and wasting my money there anymore.
Ok I went in just to see what they had and ordered my pizza,when my pizza was done it was burnt a bit but I was not complaining though I would’ve taken it. but then they threw the pizza out and made it again but extra large to compensate ask for Abby she was a gentlewoman and a scholar.

I have been going to this restaurant for 13 years. The service has always been excellent and the food was very good. I knew the owner and the chef too! But I noticed that the atmosphere started to change. That was when I found out that there was a “new owner”. Even the taste of the food started to change, even the pizza taste weird! The chef who had been there for 20 years left after the new owner bought it. One day I was very surprised when I saw the new owner mistreating the employees, speaking harshly to the pizza guy and the girls who answer the phone for takeout! That was enough for me to never go back to this place again! The food is no longer tasty and the atmosphere is bad! It's a shame that Rotelli restaurant in Boca Raton that was so good to go to has become like this. The way it's going, it will soon close! Either the owner changes his rude attitude and learn how to treat his employees and get the food to taste good like it was before or he will lose this restaurant!

I used to love this place and ever since they sold it to a new owner it has not been the same. The food is nowhere near as good as it used to be, the new owner screams at his employees in front of all their customers, and the nicest employees with the best service in town who have been serving me for years no longer work here anymore. This place is going downhill quickly. Sad to say I won't be returning.
