Ruth's Chris Steak House

We have been to every steakhouse I think in South Florida. Nothing compares to the sound of your sizzling butter and your steaks cooked to perfection. We had a beautiful anniversary thank you for making it so special.

We dine at Ruth's Chris 5–10 times a year and are very familiar with the chain. While the service is typically excellent—smart and efficient—this visit was a major disappointment. We were there for Easter with our small children, who didn't want anything from the limited holiday kids' menu. We requested a simple bowl of pasta and were charged the full set menu price of $19. However, we weren't offered the included side or dessert. So we had a $19 bowl of pasta, just deplorable. Was this oversight due to incompetence, or something more intentional? Either way, it's not in line with the level of service we usually experience. Unfortunately, it only takes one poorly trained—or ill-intentioned—employee to damage a brand's reputation.

Simply the best dining experience. We need more restaurants that know how to treat customers.

Their food and service were excellent! We have been patrons ever since they opened 25 years ago and are so sorry to see them go.

Eve at Ruth's Chris Steak House, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and festive, setting the perfect tone for the holiday dinner. Our waiter, Michael, truly made the evening special. His attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and deep knowledge of the menu made us feel like we were his top priority, even though the restaurant was bustling. He took the time to explain the specials and ensured that every detail of our meal was perfect. The food was, as always, outstanding—the steaks were cooked to perfection, and the sides were rich and flavorful. It was such a treat to have a meal where everything went right, and Michael's exceptional service made it even more memorable. I left feeling truly grateful for the excellent service and the wonderful Christmas Eve dinner. Highly recommend!

Absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish, as always! Michael provided first-class service, taking great care of our table.
He was not only knowledgeable but also full of personality, offering fantastic personal recommendations even though l'm a regular at Ruth's Chris. Each visit continues to impress!
I began with the Osso Bucco Ravioli, and it was simply outstanding. Next, the Iceberg Wedge - crisp and flavorful, a perfect start.
For the main course, I went with the 8oz Filet with Béarnaise, cooked to perfection. As sides, I couldn't resist the Creamed Spinach, which is always incredible, and the French Fries, crispy and delicious. The Sautéed Mushrooms were equally tasty. To end the meal, I indulged in their crème brûlée - it has the silkiest, most satisfying texture and an unbeatable flavor.
Every aspect of the meal was top-notch, from the impeccable food to the outstanding service. I highly recommend Ruth's Chris for both its exquisite dishes and wonderful atmosphere. Plus, the location couldn't be more convenient!

It was a lovely room. The servers were attentive. The food was as expected, very comforting. Love the creamed spinach! Pomegranate cocktail was very nice.

Went on Thanksgiving Day, had to wait nearly an hour with a reservation. When we finally sat down both the quality of the food and the way it was cooked had clearly gone down hill since it was bought out by a corporation. The service and food at Texas Roadhouse is about the same as Ruth Chris now with a fancier atmosphere. Restaurant should be ashamed making people stand for an hour on Thanksgiving Day.

My food came cold I had to send it back but they took care of us
The wait time was really long we had a 645 reservation and didn’t get seated until t730 but it’s Thanksgiving so we forgave lol
John made up everything he was fantastic
