Savia in Boca Raton is an absolute gem! We went as a group and the intimate, welcoming vibe made it feel like a cozy family gathering right away. The service was warm and attentive, but the real highlights were the incredible homemade pasta—everything bursting with authentic Sicilian flavors. The rigatoni with eggplant, mini meatballs, and ricotta was perfectly balanced, light yet so satisfying, and we couldn't stop raving about how fresh and flavorful it was.
What made the lunch extra special was learning that Chef David “Vito” Quaderno once cooked for Pope Francis and it reflects in the high quality of the food. He personally came out to greet us, chat about his journey from Sicily (and even his time as a pilot), and make sure everything was perfect. His passion shines through in every dish and interaction. Highly recommend for anyone craving real Italian comfort food! We'll definitely be back. Best Italian in the Miami area and frankly, in the US.

I had a wonderful dinner here with my parents. This meal is easily one of the best I've had in South Florida and we felt like we were eating in Italy. The quality of the food, freshness of the ingredients and dedication to authentic Sicilian cuisine makes this restaurant one of a kind. Thank you Chef David and the staff at Savia for making this an incredible dining experience!

BEST DATE SPOT IN BOCA!!! What a charming, cozy, warm space!!! 💗 We had the arancini, octopus, and gnocchi to start… WOW. The arancini is the best arancini I’ve had in my life. The octopus was the most flavorful I’ve ever had with the BEST texture. Was not rubbery at all. The gnocchi was INSANE! So much flavor in the sauce. Not to mention; chef David… please let us buy the olive oil and red pepper off of you - it’s to die for. To finish, we had the tiramisu. We inhaled it in maybe 5 seconds or less. It was SO good. Then we decided, let’s try the cannoli. Another dessert gone in under 10 seconds 😂 guys PLEASE! This is the most underrated spot in Boca. Food is fresh, authentic. Vinny is an amazing waiter too. We appreciated his honesty and great attention. Can’t wait to come back again soon (but chef David, really, please start selling cans or bottles of your olive oil and the red pepper flakes, you have a great market there 😂)

Recently had dinner for the first time at Savia. Really enjoyed it, the staff was excellent - friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable about the food. The food itself was outstanding. The chef/owner came out to check to make sure everything was good. It's everything you want in a restaurant. We'll definitely be coming back.

6 of us went to dinner. The food was outstanding as was the staff and David the chef/owner. We already have plans to go back next week. I had the stuffed calamari that was amazing! One of the favorites for the table is the ravioli with pesto/pistachio sauce! The staff could not have been more helpful with food and wine recommendations. The Sicilian cannoli made a perfect end to the meal. We were too excited tasting and forgot to take pictures. Thank you David, Vinny and Logan for a wonderful evening!

When you walk in, you realize this place is a hole in the wall. They only have 5 staff working, and they came over to introduce themselves to us directly, including the chef-owner Vito. They prefaced the meal with saying service can be slow, but will be worth the wait.

Boy were they right. The service was quite slow (though we never wanted for water), but every single dish we had was fantastic. My half-Sicilian mother in law said the arancini are the best arancini she’s ever had, and she goes back to Italy (mainland, albeit not Sicily) semi-frequently.

But the experience itself, even with slow service; was amazing. It’s intimate, they don’t rush you, and you can tell they love their regulars.

If you want something a little less popular but has truly excellent food, please try Savia, you won’t be disappointed. Every item is good.

My wife and I dined at Savia last week and had a truly special dinner. We heard the food was good so we tried several different apps and a few entrees. Besides being delicious, I was absolutely impressed with the creativity and authenticity of the food. Chef David came out multiple times which was a nice touch. We had a great evening and will definitely return. This place is a treasure and a great addiiton to the neighborhood! I highly recommend!!!

My wife Kelsey and the in laws decided to try a Sicilian restaurant for dinner this evening as her family comes from Sciacca. Our servers was super friendly and tentative. The owner and chef David came by every table to introduce him self and has a little conversation. He was beyond polite.
Reminded me of when you go to a small family owned restaurant in Italy and they come by to greet you. Food was delicious and the hospitality is above and beyond.

Restaurant is truly authentic Sicilian. We have a house in Sicily in the same town where the owner's mother was born. A small intimate restaurant with a terrific staff. We are so happy we found this gem.
