The family is always excited to go to Serendipity. The staff are always very friendly and pamper to my two demanding children. During the pandemic, the restaurant is laid out with social distancing in mind and the staff were masks and gloves. Our favorite is the black and white sundae.

Nice decorated place. I paid 11 dollars for a regular coffee and a bagel. The bagel you had to toast it yourself. Cream cheese in a big unrefrigerated jar that everyone put their knives in. Same with the jam. Completely gross.

The Serendipity coffee shop was great. Lots of fresh juice selections, small bites and other treats! They had a long line every day but numerous people working behind the counter meant the wait wasn't very long!

There every day, amazing little oasis! Kids paradise. Great coffee, breakfast, snacks you name it. Waldorf very smart to have this offer.
Hot food wise, they stopped serving food from their kitchen. Horrible decision... Only serving quick sandwiches . Dessert is still on the menu.

It's like walking into the Willy wonka chocolate factory with retro toys and games, eg, gumby, chutes and ladders, twister, silly putty, and its just happy food. Frozen hot chocolate, ice cream sundaes and all kind of fun food.

The dessert at this place is extremely delicious!! However it is a bit pricey for just ice cream. But i do recommended the ice cream and hot chocolate.
