Serious Dumplings | Dim Sum & Bubble Tea

This place was so cute and the food & boba was delicious and it was affordable too. The little robot sang merry Christmas, too cute! 🧋 🥘🍱🍜🥟

The dumplings here are very tasty and the robot that brings them out is cute. I recommend the har gow shrimp dumplings and the chicken dumplings. I don’t think all the food is that good, the duck bao buns are ok. It can definitely get pricey if you order a lot. Casual and quick service

Good wait time, food came out quickly and amazing options to choose from. Their drinks are also amazing and the hostess min was really nice. I will be coming back!!

I loved the Shanghai noodles, pan fried pork and fried pot stickers, crispy chicken, chicken soup dumplings, edema me and barbecue chicken Bao buns were all delicious.

Darcy was very attentive, professional and gave great service.

My grandson enjoyed red bean paste dessert. He also loves the edema me.

Already, planning my next visit so I can try the Shanghai noodles with shrimp.

I'm honestly appalled. The place was absolutely filthy and the quality of the meat was extremely poor. The photos speak for themselves. Very unsettling overall. Health department needs to pay a visit asap.

I was extremely pleased with this place. Everything we ate tasted amazing and fresh. Milk boba tea was better than I was hoping. Will definitely be back just to grab a quick boba drink or even that chicken fried rice. The spicy chicken dish was great too. Dumplings. Like I said, everything tasted way better than I was expecting

It’s okay. Ramen needs more flavor. They make great boba but I haven’t had bad boba anywhere. Cute robots and the food comes out fast but I need more flavor. Something they can easily fix ?

It's smallish, but this is such a cute little place! We loved the photo OP with an adorable dumpling just outside the door.
The ordering process was annoying. You go to the table and scan a QR code. This brings you to a menu online where you can choose and order. Sounds great. Right? Well, first of all everyone at the table will have to be on the same order. There was no way to split checks doing it this way. Next we had items disappear from the order a few times and we had to go back and re choose the drinks 3 times. Then we finally got everything on the order. After a while a robot brought us our food. It took a couple of times, which was ok. It just came out as it was made. The server brought only 2 drinks, but we thought, ok...it comes out as its made, and these were boba drinks that were not brought out yet. We waited for a while before one in my party went to the counter to ask. She was told that we didnt order those drinks. The girl at the counter had a bit of an attitude about it. So then my friend told us what she said and showed us the receipt they had printed out. We had made sure before we sent the order though and it was a different amount than what we had paid. My husband looked up the charge on our bank and sure enough, it was more than the print out said. He went and showed them. They ended up making the rest of our drinks for us.
The food was really good. We had szechuan chicken, bao buns, soup dumplings, pumpkin pancakes, onion pancakes, custard dumplings, pork gyoza, red bean dumplings that had a pig shape, green tea, thai milk boba tea, and a vanilla milk tea with brown sugar boba. We enjoyed all of it. Except my friends thought the gyoza was just average. My chicken was flavorful and crispy in a spicy red pepper sauce, my husband raved about the soup dumplings and wouldn't even share them. The red bean dumplings were adorable, sweet but not too sweet, and the custard dumplings were fantastic! I would definitely go there again. After all of the fuss with the QR code order, we discovered that there is a regular menu and you can just decide and go up to the counter to order. That sounds a lot better. At least until the online glitches are sorted out.
*The ONE thing that was not ok is that although our problem with our order was fixed, none of the staff apologized at all. That and the rude attitude the girl at the counter gave to my friend when she was asking about the order is very poor service. I know my friend went up there being nice about it because we were nearby and I heard what she said to the girl. THAT will keep my 2 friends and my husband from going there again, which is a shame since my son and I really enjoyed the food. I will have a little harder time going back, but I really want to give them another chance.
