Came here to do some homework with a friend. Worker noticed that we had been studying for a while and gave us fries and drinks on the house. I love doing work outside and their food always hits.

It was very dirty. They just need to hire more people to clean up the place.

Very dirty location.
Definitely need more people to keep it clean and organized.
Tables are very dirty.

Personal here was very nice and kind. Wish their hourly rate can go up. They work hard.

The design wasn’t something they put effort, NYC locations are MUCH busier and MUCH cleaner, actually a place you want to sit and eat your food. You guys can be BETTER.

I came all the way from Orlando, once I got inside the store at 10:56 pm a worker stopped me from ordering stating they were closed. Online says closing time is 11:00pm the workers had already stopped Making food and started cleaning the grills. Manager made no effort to resolve the issue all he could do was apologize for the store closing Down early.

Fire 🔥 burgers with quality meat. I don't normally eat fast food, but I make a couple exceptions. This is one.

The size of a hamburger it's about half of what it was about a month ago.1 very small hamburger small soda $11.16. I was amazed how both the roll and the meat has shrunk in size over the past month in addition the price is gone about $0.60.

The gm Danny says not to eat if at this location if you live in Fort Lauderdale go to that location and if they mess up your order it’s your own fault

Used to love going to Shake Shack but $16 for a double shackburger and fries is not going to cut it. How much more are these fast food chains going to keep raising prices? $4.99 for crinkle cut fries is criminal

Alrighty then! 🕵️‍♂️
Six of us rolled into Shake Shack Boca Raton for a late-night feeding frenzy. Burgers? Check. Different kinds, too. Shakes? Oh yes—cold, creamy, and capable of making one talk with their mouth full.
Now, let’s talk atmosphere. The place is smaller than a rhino’s patience and about as crowded as my hair routine. Elbows everywhere. Tables tight. Cleanliness? Let’s just say it didn’t scream “like a glove,” more like “ehhh… wipe that down, maybe?”
Service moved at the speed of a sloth on NyQuil. Friendly enough, but sloooow. By the time the food arrived, I’d aged emotionally.
The burgers and shakes were good—solid, dependable, no complaints there—but then came the plot twist: $119 for six people. Excuse me, do you validate parking for my wallet? Because it just passed out.
So, in conclusion: tasty food, fun shakes, cramped and crowded space, slow service, and prices that made me double-take like I just saw Ray Finkle in a tutu.
Three stars.
Would I return? Possibly.
Would I bring fewer people… and a cleaning crew? Absolutely. 😁
