My friend hired them for a BBQ style menu for a small outdoor concert on a weeknight and they did a great job. Even adapted to some unexpected rain.Excellent food and service. Top notch.Lamb chops were perfection. Loved all of the passed fare as well as the main course selections. Great job.

We have never left our machines in the hands of someone else to set up and break down. We were assured by Mary that all would be well and it was.They are professional and a pleasure to work with.
