Terrible service. We had a party of 7 and everyone was buying ice cream. We were offered samples, but after just 5 samples total, the employee abruptly said she couldn’t give any more due to “store policy.” The interaction felt rude and unwelcoming, and we were treated very poorly as customers.

Horrible service, the lady with curly hair was upset, not happy for some reason. Asked me what did I want, horrible attitude, she shouldn’t be there if she does not need that job.

When it comes to Sloan's ice cream, there is so much for my eyes to take in. Upon entering this very colorful business, I saw various stuffed animals, key chains, a variety of candies sold by 1/4 pound, fresh fudge bars, chocolate covered treats, and much more.

The menu on the wall lists a large selection of homemade ice cream flavors, milkshakes, sundaes, and ice cream sodas. If you're looking for a more plant-based option, they have vegan ice cream and a vegan milkshake. You can try samples before purchasing.

The items are pricey, so I settled on a kiddie-size snickers ice cream, then sat at an available table outside. The ice cream tasted like a snickers bar - creamy and sweet with chocolate pieces, peanuts, and caramel swirls. It was was the perfect amount to enjoy as a sweet treat.

Overall, I feel Sloan's ice cream is an interesting place for friends and/or family to go and chill while enjoying any one of their ice cream flavors. Employees are pleasant and they are pet friendly.

Ordered Nutella Hot Bombs. Disappointed. Cold and overpriced. Taste was like a day old donut with banana.

This ice cream shop is the best. It has luxurious surrounding and the walls are painted different colors and has the creamy ice cream with rich and bold flavors . They also have homemade Reese cups with peanut butter inside it. These are big and definitely worse the money . The staff are very friendly and nice.

A little pricey, but the homemade candies are really scrumptious. Very colorful festive fun atmosphere for kids, big and small.

Came here for our favorite Rum Raisin Ice Cream.

The worst whipped cream I have ever had. Inedible. Scraped it off into the nearest trash can. Mediocre ice cream.

Terrible experience at Sloan's ice cream shop. $21 for 2 scoops of cookie dough with one topping and a tiny scoop of the dulce de leche ice cream. By the way, worse dulce de leche I ever tried. The prices are outrageous, and the quality doesn't match. Disappointing and overpriced.

Crazy expensive. 2 ice cream with tip, $24
