This establishment deserves 0 stars. I was lied to about dairy free ice cream. Paid for it and left. The blond twin girls decided they didn't feel like digging out the frozen solid dairy free ice cream and instead of being upfront they lied and made snarky comments under their breath. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that the ice cream label was incorrect but they were giving me the correct one after I asked twice to confirm and after a minute of two experienced the affects of the lactose on my intolerant stomach and did not continue to eat it obviously. Will never return and if you have any allergies these girls do not give a crap. They will lie to you and take your money and talk crap about you.

Great location in east boca
Overpriced and uninspiring ice cream shop. Too many other choices in the area. We will not be going back

Being honest. I like this place. It’s small and humble. I wouldn’t say much about the price, if you want a sweet treat it doesn’t matter. And secondly the prices here are fair for the taste. The ice cream is good and I genuinely enjoyed it. Mainly the pistachio. The lad at the counter was very welcoming and efficient. It’s a good store if you just want a small treat without much fuss.

Would have given 1 star but the girl behind the counter was accommodating. The cases housing the ice cream were very dirty. Extremely off putting
Sprinkle and Scoop is now my new favorite ice cream spot! This was my first time coming here, and I was blown away by the excellent customer service—everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The ice cream is absolutely delicious, with a great variety of flavors to choose from. What really impressed me was their involvement in the community. They recently partnered with the local elementary school to offer a 20% discount to all students, which is such a wonderful gesture. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and the local community. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very lazy workers. Close hours early to convenience themselves. Do not recommend.

2 oz child cup is $6.50. That’s $52 a pound for freezer burnt ice cream lol. Honestly the owners need to be humbled..

Came by to grab some ice cream and had a wonderful experience with Holly. What a welcoming woman. Really makes the place more enjoyable. Thank you and keep being you.
My parents and I had some ice cream and great tasting and light.
Love this place. The two workers who are helpful is Brittany and Jordon. Both always smiling and very friendly.

I was shocked that 2 ice cream cones, one scoop each, was over $19. The ice cream didn’t even fill the cone to the top. Will never be back.
The ice cream was good tasting but $18 for 2 mediums and some were freezer burnt but some were melted… not only that but the girl working there was sitting down when we walked in and didn’t wash her hands OR put on gloves and then used her fingers to push the ice cream from the scoop to the cup.
