Genuinely enjoyed our experience. We were lucky to find two spots at the bar and were just in time for happy hour. My cocktails were GREAT and the bar was stunning. The food was plated beautifully and the choices were eclectic. We will definitely be back!
I had high hopes for Stage in Boca Raton, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. Despite having a reservation, the place was completely packed, and we had to wait for our table to become available. Once seated (uncomfortably close to the surrounding tables), it took nearly 15 minutes for our server to show up.
Service was spotty at best—we saw our server once after placing our order, and then not again for the remainder of the meal. As for the food: the spicy tuna bomb was excellent and definitely the highlight of the night. The duck rolls were disappointing, the chicken masala was decent but nothing special (comparable to a standard Indian takeout spot), and the steak was a total miss—pre-cut by the kitchen and served with a visible artery running through it. Very unappetizing.
My empty drink glass sat on the table untouched the entire evening, and when a staff member accidentally dropped our water bottle and cleaned up the spill (which we appreciated), it took another 10 minutes and some effort on our part just to get a replacement. Getting the check required another 20-minute wait and multiple attempts to flag someone down.
I understand that Saturday nights are busy, but when nearby tables are getting regular attention and we’re being entirely overlooked, it’s hard not to feel frustrated. For the high price point, the combination of average food and subpar service makes this a one-and-done experience for me. I won’t be returning.
This has to be the BEST restaurant in Boca. Stage is an incredibly unique concept that is put together perfectly. I was very impressed with every part of my meal. The highlights being the Spicy Tuna Bomb, Butter Chicken Masala (with the Garlic Naan of course), and the Sticky Toffee Date Cake dessert. I would recommend everyone has each of these dishes at least once. I can’t wait to come back !
You can't go wrong with exploring the mindbending flavors coupled with familiar, approachable foods at this restaurant. Don't miss the naan with the honey and cheese to start- it just gets the party started. Our party of five ordered the Niman Ranch Churrasco- best thing on the menu! Oh- except for the Iberian Pork Chop....wow 🎆🎇🧨 delicious. And every single vegetable dish is worth ordering and sharing. Finish with the Pavlova and you've set yourself up for one of the finest dinners in the local area. A true gem, exploring all the flavor combos and one you will find yourself dreaming about and wanting to go back.
First time being there.. Was there for lunch atmosphere was calming! Very nice, beautiful decor great staff. And the food menu items i tried we're amazing.. I will be going back for sure.
PERFECT DATE NIGHT SPOT: If you’re searching for a date night spot in Boca Raton that combines creative cuisine, a modern vibe, and an outstanding cocktail program, Stage Kitchen & Bar is a standout choice.
I recently took my wife here for a night out, and we were both genuinely impressed. Right away, the atmosphere struck us as stylish and contemporary, but still relaxed-perfect for unwinding together. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
One of the highlights for us was definitely the bar. The cocktail menu at Stage is as inventive as the food. I tried a drink with fresh herbs that was both refreshing and complex, and my wife’s cocktail was equally creative. It’s clear that a lot of thought goes into the mixology here, and it really elevates the whole dining experience. The bar itself is beautiful and lively, making it a great spot to start (or end) your evening.
As for the food, the menu is full of small plates designed for sharing, which made it fun to sample a variety of flavors together. The Bang Bang Cauliflower was a favorite-crispy, bold, and unlike anything we’ve had before. The Korean BBQ Ribs and their twist on Shrimp and Grits were also fantastic, each dish offering unique global influences. Chef Pushkar Marathe’s passion for blending his Indian roots with flavors from around the world really shines through. His quote sums it up perfectly:
“The way I see Stage is like it’s a big tree. The branches are my travels all over the world, but the roots are deep in India.”
Overall, Stage Kitchen & Bar is a place where you can expect not just great food, but a complete experience-from the creative small plates to the inventive cocktails and welcoming ambiance. It made for a truly memorable night out with my wife, and we’ll definitely be back.
Stage is an average restaurant set in an extremely loud setting. The menu is all over the place with Korean ribs, Indian chicken, and American burger. If you don’t scream you can’t have a conversation. The service is very good but the food is very average. They also have the cheapest liquor selection I have seen at any restaurant. Wheatley vodka? Benchmark bourbon? No brand tequila. Won’t go back
We ate there tonight. Service was slow, food was OK. Here what was rude. A manager came over to our table at the end and asked us to leave for he needed our table. This was after the fact we had slow service. I do not recommend this place.
What a great addition to Boca, this restaurant has fabulous cocktails, food is delicious, and equally as important the management and staff were engaging, attentive, friendly, and very informative. Visited 4 times already! Keep up the great work guys.
Food is insane. Cocktails are great too.

Beautiful new restaurant. I had the butter chicken masala which came with cucumber tomato salad and rice. It was delicious. The chicken and sauce was flavorful without being overpowering. The rice and salad added balance. The cool thing is they had a club sandwich, burger and steak on the menu for dining companions who don't eat Indian food.
Really good food
Abby was highly attentive and had great recommendations! Everything was delicious And the drinks were awesome!
This place is a joke. Came in with friends hoping to support a new spot, and what we got was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had—all thanks to a manager named Pedro, who somehow manages to be both clueless and condescending.
Let’s start with the only good thing here: our server, Aura M. She was amazing. Calm, kind, and doing everything she could to make up for the dumpster fire that is her management team. Aura deserves a raise—or at least a job somewhere that isn’t being tanked by Pedro’s ego.
Now Pedro? An absolute disaster. My friend presented a real, legal ID—Pedro didn’t just question it, he snapped it in half. No apology. No responsibility. Just arrogance and a weird power trip. Who gave this man a position of authority?
Then, we tried to order drinks—literally one minute after the bar closed. Pedro could’ve just said, “Sorry, we’re closed.” Instead? He hit us with some smug comment like, “Some people need sleep.” Bro, if you need sleep, maybe don’t work in hospitality. Or at least don’t punish paying customers because you can’t manage time or keep your attitude in check.
This place is new and already treating people like they’re expendable. Newsflash: you don’t get to act exclusive when your food is mid, your service is hostile, and your manager is out here destroying IDs like he’s on a power trip.
Fire Pedro. Keep Aura. Fix yourselves.
This is a kind of place that has it all. Good music, good food, and drinks, and amazing atmosphere.
