Overall delicious and I would go back. Server had a wonderful smile and looked very polished. Only suggestion would be to add lights/candles to the tables and some soft music in the background, both to add tot he ambiance. Otherwise- great.

Alexa was an amazing server for my dinner. Her knowledge of the menu was great and she made great pairings. her recommendations were on point. I had the butter chicken and it was fantastic. Will definitely be coming back again.

Stage is such a special addition to the Boca dining scene! We used to drive up to their location in PBG. The food is not only incredibly flavorful but also leaves you feeling great after eating. We ordered the plantain chat, pachadi salad, local beets, vegan lychee ceviche, and patatas bravas. Everything dish was vibrant, unique, and perfectly balanced. The desserts are dangerously good. It’s rare to find a spot offering this kind of bold, inventive cuisine in the area, and we’re so happy they opened up here. Can’t wait to come back!

Had a great dinner at Stage Kitchen in Boca Raton. The vibe was really nice—cool ambiance without being too formal. Loved that they had good vegetarian options and a healthy menu overall. Everything we ordered was fresh and tasty. Their lychee martini was a standout—super refreshing. Service was friendly and on point. Definitely a spot I’d go back to!

Went here a girls dinner last night and OMG DELICIOUS 🤤! I couldn’t understand why this place wasn’t a packed house yet - I guess it worked to our advantage 😃

We ordered a bunch of plates to share but stand out choices were the lychee ceviche, butter chicken, Kai Kai eggplant. I think I could have tried everything on the menu and look forward to trying more the next time.

I’m also obsessed with The Call Your Doctor mocktail - most delicious mocktail I’ve ever had.

The only thing that I’m sad about is that I didn’t have room for dessert!

Service was top notch. Ambiance was lovely. Wonderfully happy all around!

Incredible! First it's a beautiful restaurant, with an inviting laid back vibe. So happy we stumbled on this gem of a Michelin guide restaurantā¤ļø each dish is magnificently curated - flavors explode in your mouth...Kudos to the staff as they are chill,
Knowledgeable, and proud of their Chef and menu! True professionals.... such a fantastic incredible experience that didn't break the bank.
We forgot to take pictures of all we ate because we were so in the moment

Genuinely enjoyed our experience. We were lucky to find two spots at the bar and were just in time for happy hour. My cocktails were GREAT and the bar was stunning. The food was plated beautifully and the choices were eclectic. We will definitely be back!

I had high hopes for Stage in Boca Raton, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. Despite having a reservation, the place was completely packed, and we had to wait for our table to become available. Once seated (uncomfortably close to the surrounding tables), it took nearly 15 minutes for our server to show up.

Service was spotty at best—we saw our server once after placing our order, and then not again for the remainder of the meal. As for the food: the spicy tuna bomb was excellent and definitely the highlight of the night. The duck rolls were disappointing, the chicken masala was decent but nothing special (comparable to a standard Indian takeout spot), and the steak was a total miss—pre-cut by the kitchen and served with a visible artery running through it. Very unappetizing.

My empty drink glass sat on the table untouched the entire evening, and when a staff member accidentally dropped our water bottle and cleaned up the spill (which we appreciated), it took another 10 minutes and some effort on our part just to get a replacement. Getting the check required another 20-minute wait and multiple attempts to flag someone down.

I understand that Saturday nights are busy, but when nearby tables are getting regular attention and we’re being entirely overlooked, it’s hard not to feel frustrated. For the high price point, the combination of average food and subpar service makes this a one-and-done experience for me. I won’t be returning.

This has to be the BEST restaurant in Boca. Stage is an incredibly unique concept that is put together perfectly. I was very impressed with every part of my meal. The highlights being the Spicy Tuna Bomb, Butter Chicken Masala (with the Garlic Naan of course), and the Sticky Toffee Date Cake dessert. I would recommend everyone has each of these dishes at least once. I can’t wait to come back !

You can't go wrong with exploring the mindbending flavors coupled with familiar, approachable foods at this restaurant. Don't miss the naan with the honey and cheese to start- it just gets the party started. Our party of five ordered the Niman Ranch Churrasco- best thing on the menu! Oh- except for the Iberian Pork Chop....wow šŸŽ†šŸŽ‡šŸ§Ø delicious. And every single vegetable dish is worth ordering and sharing. Finish with the Pavlova and you've set yourself up for one of the finest dinners in the local area. A true gem, exploring all the flavor combos and one you will find yourself dreaming about and wanting to go back.

PERFECT DATE NIGHT SPOT: If you’re searching for a date night spot in Boca Raton that combines creative cuisine, a modern vibe, and an outstanding cocktail program, Stage Kitchen & Bar is a standout choice.
I recently took my wife here for a night out, and we were both genuinely impressed. Right away, the atmosphere struck us as stylish and contemporary, but still relaxed-perfect for unwinding together. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
One of the highlights for us was definitely the bar. The cocktail menu at Stage is as inventive as the food. I tried a drink with fresh herbs that was both refreshing and complex, and my wife’s cocktail was equally creative. It’s clear that a lot of thought goes into the mixology here, and it really elevates the whole dining experience. The bar itself is beautiful and lively, making it a great spot to start (or end) your evening.
As for the food, the menu is full of small plates designed for sharing, which made it fun to sample a variety of flavors together. The Bang Bang Cauliflower was a favorite-crispy, bold, and unlike anything we’ve had before. The Korean BBQ Ribs and their twist on Shrimp and Grits were also fantastic, each dish offering unique global influences. Chef Pushkar Marathe’s passion for blending his Indian roots with flavors from around the world really shines through. His quote sums it up perfectly:
ā€œThe way I see Stage is like it’s a big tree. The branches are my travels all over the world, but the roots are deep in India.ā€
Overall, Stage Kitchen & Bar is a place where you can expect not just great food, but a complete experience-from the creative small plates to the inventive cocktails and welcoming ambiance. It made for a truly memorable night out with my wife, and we’ll definitely be back.
