Disappointing Experience - Poor Service and Management I visited this Starbucks location at 4:15pm today and had an extremely frustrating experience that I feel compelled to share. Despite there being only one person ahead of me when I arrived, I waited an inexcusable 30 minutes for two drinks. Here’s what happened: • 4:15pm - Placed my order with minimal wait • 4:30pm - After 15 minutes of waiting, I had to ask for my receipt. Only then did I receive my first drink • When I inquired about the delay, staff simply said “I’m in training and someone will be with you” - no apology or explanation • Meanwhile, I watched as drinks were prepared for customers who arrived well after me • 4:45pm - Finally received my second drink after a full 30-minute wait What was most disappointing was the complete lack of acknowledgment from the staff. No apologies were offered, no explanation for the delay, and no attempt to make things right. The “I’m in training” excuse doesn’t justify poor prioritization or lack of basic customer service courtesy. I understand that training new employees takes time, but serving customers who arrived later while I waited 30 minutes is simply unacceptable. A simple apology and explanation would have gone a long way. This experience has left me questioning whether I’ll return to this location. Starbucks built its reputation on customer experience, but today that standard was nowhere to be found. Rating: 1/5 stars

Really disappointed. I worked for Starbucks back in 2020. I came here with my three year old for my birthday to redeem my reward to get just a sandwich to split with her and a cake pop. I had to make a new account last year because I got gift cards. I put my birthday in and came in to get our treat and when I was at the counter the girl asked for help and the other guy or it I don’t know how they identify as now a days, they said with a matter-of-factly attitude, I’m not allowed because I made my account under a year ago and I know that if I showed my ID they were supposed to take it off. It was my birthday like the actual day so because there was a long line they made me pay for it. This is very upsetting I came in so happy and to embarrass someone in a whole line of people with her little daughter on her birthday is ridiculous. Starbucks you need to hire nicer people

I had the worst experience in my life in that location I sad to bartender 2 Double espressos and he put 1 double expresso and gave it to me I got upset because he ask me there time did the order The manager told me to get out I am suing the store for discrimination No body has the right to tell me to get out This is usa I will hired a lawyer and sue the corporation for discrimination I do have a witness that the lady insult me I recommend all the customer to not step anymore In none of the store box anymore You don’t deserve any customer to come and get any Coffe any more I will make your life miserable and I will writte 200 million reviews about star box I will call the corp to fire you because you don’t know what is customer service I never forget when she told me leave the store Leave leave leave This is e very big disrespect and defamation of character I will hire Morgan and Morgan Monday

Horrible service here, they tried to gaslight me about an order I placed 20 mins prior at the counter, saying “you just ordered”. Except I have the receipt saying the time of order, and had to ask two separate employees about it who both gave me attitude and neither of them prepared the drink until my third time asking.

Fancy iced coffee drinks here, suitable for a hot Florida day. We cooled off as we sipped and we used the wifi. Did not worry about the calories because the drinks tasted good.

Nice Starbucks. Always the biggest issue are the people that use the location as either their living room or office and take speaker phone cell calls!!!???? Social manners are difficult to find.

Went there again today and they only have 2 people working. It literally takes about 15 minutes to get my coffee. And then when I get it and get in my car to go to work, take a sip of my coffee and it's wrong. I give up!

However, the service here was out of the ordinary especially when I received a retaliation from the barista that made my drink when I had asked a separate employee (that was closer to me at the moment) for a larger cup. There was no need for that remark, but he went out of his way to make it.
