Really disappointed. I worked for Starbucks back in 2020. I came here with my three year old for my birthday to redeem my reward to get just a sandwich to split with her and a cake pop. I had to make a new account last year because I got gift cards. I put my birthday in and came in to get our treat and when I was at the counter the girl asked for help and the other guy or it I don’t know how they identify as now a days, they said with a matter-of-factly attitude, I’m not allowed because I made my account under a year ago and I know that if I showed my ID they were supposed to take it off. It was my birthday like the actual day so because there was a long line they made me pay for it. This is very upsetting I came in so happy and to embarrass someone in a whole line of people with her little daughter on her birthday is ridiculous. Starbucks you need to hire nicer people

Horrible service here, they tried to gaslight me about an order I placed 20 mins prior at the counter, saying “you just ordered”. Except I have the receipt saying the time of order, and had to ask two separate employees about it who both gave me attitude and neither of them prepared the drink until my third time asking.

Nice Starbucks. Always the biggest issue are the people that use the location as either their living room or office and take speaker phone cell calls!!!???? Social manners are difficult to find.

Good Starbucks location. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Busy location but also quick service. Could use more tables or seating, but that's just bc it seems more popular and "full" maybe.

Employees weren't very nice at all.
Very short and nasty.
Went there again today and they only have 2 people working. It literally takes about 15 minutes to get my coffee. And then when I get it and get in my car to go to work, take a sip of my coffee and it's wrong. I give up!

Quality of food was great as expected from Starbucks!
However, the service here was out of the ordinary especially when I received a retaliation from the barista that made my drink when I had asked a separate employee (that was closer to me at the moment) for a larger cup. There was no need for that remark, but he went out of his way to make it.

I wish they stirred up and mix the raw sugar with the coffee before hand in to you. It’s always at the bottom of the cup

I just bought two coffees, I asked the young man who helped me if he had two mixers for the coffee, he said no, I told him that it was incredible that they didn't have mixers in that place and he raised his hands to show that he didn't care. mattered
