Starbucks

Ever since they reopened after they remodeled this location they have provided horrible service. i’ve gotten my drink made incorrectly multiple times and when I’ve asked them nicely to remake it, they have a rude attitude. One day I ordered the strawberry chocolate covered Frappuccino and the barista didn’t put any strawberry purée and instead of mocha drizzle she put caramel which I’m allergic to and then I went inside and told her that I can’t have that drink and I needed a different one I needed it to be made correctly. She looked at me, rolled her eyes and didn’t offer to remake it i left without my drink being re made. they simply do not give you the correct order and have horrible customer service.

Coffee was 80% ice 20% coffee, I get the iced hazelnut shaken expresso and everytime I get it anywhere else it’s delicious but from here the coffee tastes so mid. Also got banana bread and it was barely warmed

I didn't rate the food because I didn't eat anything. The coffee was great. I was at the Starbucks in Boca Raton, FL. They have nice outdoor seating. It was nice enjoying the weather and the coffee while reading.
I do recommend it.

Too many homeless by drive through

Going here many year and always getting the same thing
Today I order again the same sandwich ham&cheese and I ask them before to warm it up to remove the ham and the (boos) said NO is a new policy.really?
Drove in minzer park and got my order with a perfect customer service

She should not be running a brand like this

Two expensive for a lot of their things , including their coffee. I rather make it at home.

Parking: Location is very nice. And so is the service. Just their prices are too high.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Waited 30+ minutes in a mediocre line just for the staff to completely mess up my order. A waste of $7 and a waste of time.

They completely messed up my order today and didn't include the toppings I paid for and barely filled my cup with coffee, which was no biggie, I pulled back around and told them my order was messed up and she reply's I can fill it up with ice but I can't do anything else. That was her response to me telling her they gave me the wrong kind of espresso, no cinnamon powder, or cold foam. Definitely won't be coming back here lol. Waste of money

I went to the drive-thru and the order got a little confusing because I was expecting a different coupon and the worker at the window was very patient and sweet.

I gave all five stars for everything except for, atmosphere. No offense to any Starbucks but, all your places are the same. Try to be more esoteric. You want atmosphere, creativity is your answer. Instead of walking into a Starbucks advertisement, I'd like to see pictures on the wall, various things that don't belong together. I go into a Starbucks and can't wait to get out. Not everyone sits with a laptop or a phone. I like to relax my eyes when having coffee and what more could I ask for the boring walls and Starbucks cups for sale.
