Horrible customer service it was 6pm place was totally empty i placed a 1 item mobile order waited 10 mins went into store and they made me wait another 10 mins for no reason

Not sure how this location got a 4.2 grade. I'm pretty sure they have friends and family writing fake reviews. Anyway....first things first....no one at this location had on gloves. I saw with my own two eyes the manager touching someone's bagel, with no gloves. I actually planned to get the turkey bacon with egg whites sandwich. But changed my mind and settled for a hot chocolate, after seeing how unhygienic the employees are. Also....the atmosphere towards me was not at all friendly. Don't get me wrong....no one was rude...but I picked up a weird vibe. From the way they looked at me. As if I did not belong in there. I will not get into what I believe the problem is.....let's just say i don't look like them. Needless to say...it was my first time there (and I'm sure no one cares) but it was also my last.

Every time I get my coffee from this shop, every time something is wrong. Today I ordered a hot Cinnamon Dolce Latte. When I left and took the road, it became clear to me that they put espresso on 100% cold milk it. Every time, the taste is disgusting. I do not advise anyone to deal with them until they train the workers on how to make coffee. I pay money to throw the coffee in the trash every time. My family will not take coffee from this shop. I will go to a faraway place, because I am disgusted every time.

I went to Starbucks today and it was raining,No problem I went through the drive through and tried to order but they were not hearing me I guess cuz of the rain.so I drove up and told them I’m sorry but my car is getting wet can I order and the manager emma told me I have to go around and order cuz they had a time.I get it but they were no cars behind me at all so I told them can I order really quick she said no so if I go around again my car gets wet and we are right back at this what’s the point she pretty much closed the window on me and I didn’t get anything.listen I get it there is a time limit but they were nobody there and you’re going to lose a sale when it would have literally taken 2 minutes for this whole big for nothing problem I’m very disappointed at Starbucks with everything about their service but this one drew the line.Very disappointing and I will tell everyone I know about this especially being loyal I’m just tired of everything at that place and know one is doing anything about it…This Starbucks is Really bad with management and service that’s not cool..

Worst Starbucks ever. The brunette at drive thru practically threw my drink at me with the lid partially open and syrup leaking down the cup. I went in to have it remade and she forgot to add the brown sugar after I had already driven away I realized how bitter it was. Terrible service abhorrent for being a Starbucks. Do better

Literally, I went in and waited almost 2 minutes and not one of the six people behind the counters and working the drive-through and to go orders even looked up. So I decided to use the restroom and come back. I came back and waited another 60 seconds and walked out. Everyone was busy with the to go and the drive-through which I understand but what about people that walk up? So I got in the drive-through.

The croissant I paid 4 dollars for and went inside for bc they closed the drive through. It was so hard it crumbled into a million pieces

I was surprised by the level of customer service during my recent visit. After receiving my order, I tried to ask for a straw, but the employee, Emma, closed the drive-thru window abruptly before I had the chance. It came across as quite rude and dismissive. I hope this was just a one-off experience, but it definitely left a negative impression.

My Coffee was made incorrectly but it was fine because it was still tasting good, what impressed me is the amount of ice they put, I had a few sips and that was it, the cup was still heavy just for the amount of ice it had, I do not recommend this location.

White chocolate mocha .... the inexistent Chocolate mocha in my coffee made this a simple coffee with a little foam. Asked with whipped cream..... inexistent cream.
Very sad experience for a coffee.
