I Encountered what I can only assume is a manager while waiting on an uber order for a customer. Waiting for 15 mins I kindly asked how much longer, her response. “I don’t know how long it will be, when it’s done, it’s done and I will put it on the counter” … not let me check. Not I am sorry we are very busy.. nothing. Is this how you speak to other employees? Or is it just because it’s uber eats? P.s. uber east’s is still your customer sweetheart. Get a clue.

Nothing wrong with the coffee, but when I was sitting outside one of the employees starting cleaning the window right behind me and the window-washing spray got all over me and in my coffee. I loudly expressed this to my husband and brother-in-law but the guy just ignored us and kept on spraying so we quickly had to grab our stuff and leave the table! How rude!

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years. Recently it has gone down the drain. The drink I get regularly tastes different every time. I came into this store on November 4th to ask about the limited edition bear cup that was available on November 6th. I was told by Rob that he would hold one aside for me. That he was off on Wednesday and would be in store at 8am on Thursday. I showed up at 8:15 to get my regular order and pick up my cup. The lady taking orders said “it sold out” then I told her Rob was holding one on the side for me. So when asked, Rob said, “I had to give it away.” My husband was at the store at 5:15 on November 6th and they told him they never got the cup. Basically, everyone lied. On November 4th Rob said “oh yes, they’re in the back. I’m off on Wednesday but will be in at 8am on Thursday, “I’ll hold one for you.” On November 6th at 5:15 am they told my husband they never got them in. On November 6th at 8:15 am they said they sold out and Rob said he had to give away the cup he’d supposedly kept on the side for me. Just terrible customer service. I could’ve been told, “yes, come back on that day.” And all would’ve been good. But to be told, “I’ll save own for you” and to be given false hope. Just unacceptable. DO BETTER.

This is a very well run location. I often pass multiple others to hit this on the way home. The staff is friendly, the store manager Sharifa is an absolute gem of a person. Love when I come in and see Irene or Madi on as shifts. The baristas are trained well, and if you don’t love your drink, they’ll help you order something else without issue. Really very true to the values of Starbucks, craft, connect, uplift. Always leave here with a smile. Favorite hot drink is a Brown Sugar Oatmilk Cortado, favorite cold drink is a Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Refresher. I’ve even had a custom Starbucks cake made 💚
