It is one of the recently re-designed stores with a new, more welcoming look and a different scale to the counter and pick-up area. The service is attentive, prompt, and kind, with staff who are respectful and greet everyone with a smile, even during a busy rush. Drinks like the iced shaken espresso with oat milk and the Matcha oatmilk are made perfectly, described as smooth, balanced, refreshing, and amazing. While the queue moves, it can take a long time to get a drink due to many mobile and pick-up orders, which can be annoyingly slow. It is a favorite location for many.
