Waited 20 mins while the drive thru attendant socialized with the car in front of me. Pathetic.
I love this location. I frequent it all the time. The manager Valerie is always very pleasant . I will always continue to come to this location since it’s my favorite one in Boca Raton.

I was waiting for my tea for 20 minutes while they prioritized drive-through and mobile app orders. When I asked, the staff member said, “I am doing my best.” I was there on Tuesday, September 9 at 3:15 PM. Eventually, I had to get a refund and leave

Service was attentive and prompt. The queue moved. This is one of the recently re-designed SBUX, with their new more welcoming look. Different scale to counter and area where you place your order and pick it up. No negative. issues.

Had a really nice experience at Starbucks. I ordered an iced shaken espresso with oat milk and it was made perfectly. Smooth, balanced, and refreshing. What stood out the most was how kind and respectful the staff were. They greeted everyone with a smile and handled each order with care even during a busy rush. The store was clean and had a calm, welcoming vibe. It’s always great to see a team that takes pride in good service. Definitely one of the better Starbucks locations I’ve been to.
