Definitely the worst location I've ever been to... and I love Starbucks and frequent it when I'm not making my own. I don't live in the area but my family does and I've only gone to this specific location a few times and it's NEVER been good. My younger sister wanted to get holiday drinks so we decided to go. We got a few drinks for the family. The first drink came out with a clear marking for an iced drink and it was hot. We quickly let the barista know and she said "oh" and went to change it. We got our drinks and got back on the road. My sister was quiet as she doesn't like to say when things are bad but I took a drink of mine (which was hot so I waited a little) and it was horrible. I don't like sugary drinks but the sugar cookie latte is just so good and mine was legit just coffee with milk. As soon as I said something, my sister goes try mine (ginger bread latte). I almost spit all over my car. Didn't even taste like coffee... more like watery milk. It was really gross. I didn't bother to give my family their coffees and just tossed them (after ensuring they were all gross too... REALLY GROSS). We just said 'the line was too long so we didn't go...' As someone who is currently a barista, I feel like the workers at this location either get no training or don't use any syrups?? The drinks are always so bland or coffee-less. I wish I got my money back but can't fix what you don't try to fix. Moral of the story... don't go to this Starbucks!!! I don't even think it's actually a Starbucks lol.

TRASH! A bunch of rude little snobs at this location! The morning supervisor is a condescending rude witch. They were trying to be spiteful to me for skipping the line for a pick up order. They decided to hold conversations while I waited in line late for work. Patiently waiting for the Yamato location where they have consideration and manners.

Always great service here. Staff is very friendly. The drinks are always made to perfection, and the snacks/food are fresh. They have a little private sitting area with big comfy chairs, or “nook” as I call it, in the back which is cute for coffee dates. I’ve been coming to this location since they opened, and will continue to.

I went there this morning for a cup of ice and water with star berry and pineapple inclusions. It's Starbucks so it's a given that the fruit inclusions would not be free. I've been paying at every other Starbucks I've been to with no problems. However at this particular one, the girl charged me for a "custom latte". So instead of the $1.71 I normally pay with is for the fruit I paid $7.54.... I paid 7 whole dollars for two scoops of dried fruit in water? And when I explain to her that it shouldn't be a "custom latte" she was kinda put off by me asking. The other person who helped me was just as confused as me. So I paid and left cause it was the drive thru. Honestly I love Starbucks and I had nothing but great experiences with this company until this point. The only thing I can do is not to ever go back there because she basically robbed me. 7 bucks for dried fruit? Ridiculous.

My daughter and her finances go-to spot. They love their Starbucks. I personally didn't have a good experience, the manager was inconsiderate and rude to me. The baristas were all very kind and hard working.
