Nice people, however the drive thru is very slow and at times the person taking the order is not knowledgeable. I feel that store needs a stronger manager that can train better. I enjoy the coffee and the food.

I ordered a cold brew (black). While watching the barista prepare my drink, I clearly saw her adding liquid sugar syrup. When I picked up my drink, I asked if it contained any sugar, and she said it didn’t — that it was black. After taking a sip, it was obvious that what I saw was correct and the drink did contain sugar.
What I don’t understand is: why would a barista lie about something so simple? It’s not as if the manager would fire her for making a small mistake. It was just disappointing and honestly quite strange.
On top of that, the “cold brew” they served tasted exactly like iced coffee. It had none of the usual Starbucks cold brew flavor I’m used to.
A very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location.

I had the best experience at this particular Starbucks!
I went in and ordered my regular, and while I could tell there were many new employees training ; everyone was in great spirits, welcomed me promptly when I came in, and served my order quickly.
A special shoutout to the stores manager Taylor who told me about some of their seasonal beverages!
I would absolutely recommend this location to any of my friends!

First and foremost let's get something clear. I don't go to Starbucks. I don't like people who go to Starbucks. Even now as I'm writing this review the lady at the table next to me is watching videos on her phone on full volume. . I'm just here with my wife because i love and support all of her life's decisions. But this place is disgusting inside and out.
Edit: we've been here about 30 minutes and they were able to produce the food order but still waiting on the coffee. That is why i brought my own coffee.

The service is excellent. I tried this new drink called protein cold foam sugar free. It is outstanding. The employee Brittie did an excellent service. She was professional and she showed good attitude. Also she did an outstanding service.

I have never once had a good drink made from this location and when I go to get my orders fixed, the service is terrible. I end up waiting 30 minutes to get my drink the way it should've been made in the first place. Not to mention every time I need something there's also about three other people waiting to be talked to because they're also being ignored. Awful. Every time I go back, I regret my choice to go back to this location. It's not worth $10 to get a shitty coffee.

This Starbucks location is always a hit and miss. Sometimes you get lucky and it’s exactly what you envisioned and other times they’re giving Dunkin sewer water vibes. Lately, the drinks have been terrible. It’s never consistent! The fact that you’re waiting in line, a very long line at that, and pay a hefty price for a coffee that is not tasty really puts a damper on your day. I think they need to train and even re-train their baristas so that their drinks are always consistent and enjoyable.
