Every weekend on the way to drop my wife to work I stop that this location and order the same drink with light ice and every time it’s made with heavy ice. The person making the drinks just can’t read or don’t care about how the customers likes their drinks made. Pay attention bro please. It’s annoying to finish your drink before you get to your destination because it’s full of ice. There’s a reason people say LIGHT ICE

This Starbucks offers better service than any other in the neighbourhood. The staff is youthful, entertaining, and effective. Though chatty and gregarious, well-trained to avoid errors. The snacks are acceptable for a brief meal. Of course, coffee is fantastic. Wait times are reduced because the coffee is always brewing. Not often a real wait. Excellent location as well. Many stores for enjoyment, shopping, and errands right there. Parking can be a little difficult. busy location with a little lot. Parking and walking across to the business is preferable.
As of now I have not had an issue with the food or drinks at this location, only the service. The few times I have come here the staff sounds like they do no want to be there, are rude in the way they speak to customers and then expect a tip after your purchase. The only reason I left a 2 star was because I have yet to have a problem with the food. Will not be coming back to this location.

Since they removed the drive thru sign informing which direction to line up, it causes daily fights when the line gets long. I frequently have people skipping the line and I just leave.
