I stopped by there with my baby but he was crying so I asked the girl for a cake pop, She said you need to pay before I give it to you. I wanted a tumbler the sign said 50% off while she charged me full price and said not this one on the offer. I said no thank you and she started laughing with her coworker. Extremely mean girl and had no clue how to treat her customers. I left very upset.

Starbucks has gone downhill really fast in the past couple of years. Employees here -like most Starbucks stores- are terrible, unprofessional and rude. I ordered a venti drink for my wife and I and received a smaller size instead. When I told the employees about it, they replied I paid for a grande and not venti; I explained that I paid for a venti and they did not want to do anything about it, without even looking at me, with their most gracious “I don’t care face”. I have my bank statement as proof of what I paid. The guy at the register did not provide a receipt. Starbucks, do yourself a favor and train your employees better or hire someone who actually wants to work. Enjoy the tip, because it’s the last time I give you one. Avoid this location if you can. 12/19/2023 at 1230pm

I was waiting for a drink for more that half hour, and the girl that was delivering the drinks today (11/24/23) was really rude when I asked for my drink and ignored me until I decided to confront her and showed her my receipt that proved I was waiting for half hour and then she throw it away it in front of my face while she asked to prepare my drink! DO NOT GO HERE.This place is horrible, they take forever and are rude. Do yourself a favor and just go to a different location. Spare yourself the 25 minute wait with subpar service

They seem to never get it right! It's slow and not the right order at the end, I wouldn't stop and buy from here. A little disappointing that you see 5 people behind and they can't get the order right.I don't recommend buying from here

This Starbucks has the most terrible service, especially considering the amount of baristas they have working at a time. I ordered a fairly simple drink, he didn't take my name. After several customers got their drink that ordered after me, I spoke up and asked about my drink. I was assured that it would be right out, it wasn't. I said something again and was told that my drink was called out, under the name "melody". A barista offered to just make the drink finally. He leaves at least two inches of space between the rim of the cup and the drink itself, and hands it to me like that. I didn't even have the energy to complain once more. Not okay.

I did the mobile order and it was very simple. Matcha latte with cold foam. When I received my drink I asked the barista (politely) if it had cold foam (cause it didn't look like it did) she picked up my drink read the label and then poured out a little of my drink and added cold foam and slammed it back on the counter. Not sure why I received an attitude when my order and label specifically asked for cold foam.
