awful. don’t waste your money. i waited 36 minutes for my order while watching staff drop cups on the floor and still use them for customers. when my order finally came, it was an entirely different drink than what i ordered and the lid was dirty. never going back.

I come to this Starbucks usually 2 to 3 times per week (with some weeks off especially since I have some other locations to go to) for about 8 months. Andrew was working this day (can't say I recognize him) but the other employee knows I come there and always order. Usually I order around 20 to 30 minutes after I arrive, usually a drink and/or something to eat. Andrew came up to me and asked me if I was going to order, and he made me particularly uncomfortable so I told him I've already been to Starbucks on this day and can show him on the app my purchase history, and he said I need to order and I told him I didnt want order at the moment, but that I always order something when I visit the location, maybe not right away but always when I visit. Andrew apparently didnt like this answer and said he would call the police on me. I did not want to place my order at the register at this point and advised to the barista that Andrew made me uncomfortable, so despite complaining I alternatively decided to place an order in the app. About 6 or 7 minutes after placing my order, the police arrived. The officer was polite as was I and I explained to the officer that I come to the location often and that I did make a purchase although I had been busy at my laptop so I asked if I could retrieve my drink. While the officer was kind and understood my dilemma, Andrew made me extremely uncomfortable, embarrassed me and I had to walk out of Starbucks like a criminal. If this is how you treat customers who have spent tens of thousands of dollars at your locations over the years, no thank you. Not only will you lose my business, but that of my family members and closest friends. I have never, ever been treated with such disrespect in any Starbucks and cannot overlook this mortifying moment and forgive your company for the actions of an employee.

Save your money and go to the Dunkin nestled in the library, cheaper and faster there. Waited 20 minutes for a mobile order, realized after I left it wasnt even made correctly. I ordered the basic pistachio latte, no customizations, and what I received was a regular latte with a dirty lid. Felt like I wasted 9 bucks and time.

Fancy iced coffee drinks here, suitable for a hot Florida day. We cooled off as we sipped and we used the wifi. Did not worry about the calories because the drinks tasted good.
I'm never coming to this location again I feel like I was really talked down to today. I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha which comes with five pumps of white chocolate, I asked for two in the drink and two on the side that way I can adjust my sweetness. That cashier had a very rude tone from the time that I greeted her and when i ask her about the customized she looked at me scoffed and told me to pay extra for the pumps that I asked.

It is the rich aroma, and friendly service make every visit a treat. Whether it's a classic latte or a new seasonal delight, Starbucks never disappoints.
Even though this Starbucks is located on FAU's beautiful Boca Raton, FL campus and is busy, the service is friendly, courteous and calm. The atmosphere is inviting and the food/drink quality is AMAZING! The line looks long but it does not rake a long time to place your order and receive your deliciousness. I would definitely recommend

The service was horrible, when I told the barista my drink was wrong she looked at me in a disgusting way and took the drink out of my hand and threw it in front of me without apologizing for the mistake!! Very Sad to see this at the School I love!
