This was my 2nd time at this location. Gave it another shot but service was awful again. My kids and I walked in, no one greeted us. It took the worker a solid 3 minutes to even look at us to let us know he would be with us in a minute. When he did take our order, was not nice. Was pretty surprised bc Starbucks usually has upstanding customer service. I also found it hilarious that there were about 4 ppl working the drive thru but no one seemed to be at the register. I dont plan on returning to this location.

I’m sick of going to Starbucks various locations in Florida and getting treated like shit. I am a Long term customer 15 years Mon thru Saturday. For the 15 years I have dealt with a lot of attitude and nasty un Pleasant women they hire. The guys seem to be way more customer service orientated. I’m a nice friendly guy my job requires me to be out going and personable. I’m always respectful that’s how I was raised. Women need to get off their high horse not everybody is trying to score with a woman. I am sick of starting my day off with a negative tone. I’m done supporting Starbucks. Done.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews but I was really disappointed today. I’ve been going to this Starbucks almost 3 times a week since moving to the area 6 months ago. I’ve been very pleased with the service and I’ve never had an issue with the way a drink was made but today I was disappointed. I had ordered a venti Iced Brown Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with 2 espresso shots instead of 4 but when I received the drink, it didn’t taste right. That’s because the order was completely wrong and there were no modifications on the espresso. I asked the barista (who didn’t take my order) if there was a mistake and she said yes and happily fixed it for me which I was very grateful for. But when I got my drink back, it was so full of ice I couldn’t even fit my straw in to stir the drink. I finished the $10.54 drink in just a couple minutes. EM is truly one of the highlights of our Starbucks visits. She is always so kind to me and my son, and her refreshing, genuine style instantly brightens our day. I am only writing this review because of a bad customer service experience I've had twice now. Em should not be doing the drive thru. Not a good choice for customer service if you want to treat your customers like they are valued and welcomed. Twice now she has been at the window when I've ordered and both times angry and cranky and as a customer made me feel awkward and unwelcomed. Tried to give her the benefit of the doubt the 1st time, but this time was the same. I quite literally order Starbucks everyday (sad but true) and only just started coming to this location, so I won't be returning because of her, specifically. There are plenty of other locations that greet me with a friendly smile and make me feel welcome. I wouldn't say they should fire her, but she should maybe have more customer service training or put her in a position where she does not have to interact as much with customers as she doesn't seem to be very happy about it. :( Nice big inside loctaion though and food/drink is good otherwise.
