I ordered the Chocolate covered strawberry Frappuccino and they didn’t give me any chocolate drizzle and it just taste like the strawberry cream Frappuccino 0/10 would not recommend.

Let me take her to Starbucks for her birthday cause she gets a free drink when we got there. She told me she didn’t have the app so I left and I called them and explained that I would have to cancel the order. Starbucks was so sweet whoever picked up the phone And they honored it and not only that they wrote a cute message on the cup.

Upset this is the second time I get my food cold and my drink melted. The barista should know better when the cold foam is melted and watery, it completely ruins the drink when you ask for cold foam and has no texture and comes out like liquid creamer! What a waste of $16 in trash! Wouldn’t come back here.

Today was my B Day and I went to my nearest Starbucks to claim my free B Day drink. As I was called when my drink was ready, the barista Liv congratulated me for my B Day and she took the time to write Happy B Day and even drew some balloons on my cup lid. She made my day! This location lacks professionalism, customer service, and cleanliness. I ordered a vanilla custard danish and when I received it there was pieces of the cheese danish from someone else’s order smeared on the inside of the packaging. When I asked for a different one they told me it wasn’t a big deal. I paid full price for my meal. Who are they to tell me to accept lower quality items than what I usually get at Starbucks. Unacceptable.

Asked for an iced drink and got it as a hot drink. The workers clearly don’t look like they want to be there. Place is nice and clean. But not all of the drinks are on the menu, and the service just sucks. Quality of the food can be better compared to other Starbucks. It’s not the best.

Why can’t you ever clean the lobby? Floor is so dirty like it has never seem a mop. Tables are always dirty, no matter what time of day you come in. I’m writing this review with the hope someone will read it and take action. Please make this lobby cleaner, I come here often and just end up taking to go for this reason.

Sorry, but this Starbucks sucks in comparison. Their drinks are mediocre, the people who work there are miserable, they can't even tell you the difference between one drink and the other. $25 later, my whole order was messed up. And on top of that, it's definitely not as clean as half of the other Starbucks I have been to.
Ordered a pink drink, paid for it. Was waiting for a long time. A girl said she’s gonna make it for me. In conclusion, they said I’ve never ordered a pink drink. Thank you, it was so delicious and amazing!!

This is the first Starbucks I seen the employees soo unhappy. ☹️ The girl at the register welcomes you with a face that you can tell she is not having a great day and the rest of the people they all have long faces and get irritated easily if someone ask for something. Definitely the most unhappy Starbucks I ever visited.
