Got my drink wrong, waited for 30 minutes for 3 drinks. Employees were to busy chatting with friends instead of helping customers. Despite us being the only ones in the store. Not even close to closing. No excuses.

I am only writing this review because of a bad customer service experience I've had twice now. Em should not be doing the drive thru. Not a good choice for customer service if you want to treat your customers like they are valued and welcomed. Twice now she has been at the window when I've ordered and both times angry and cranky and as a customer made me feel awkward and unwelcomed. Tried to give her the benefit of the doubt the 1st time, but this time was the same. I quite literally order Starbucks everyday (sad but true) and only just started coming to this location, so I won't be returning because of her, specifically. There are plenty of other locations that greet me with a friendly smile and make me feel welcome. I wouldn't say they should fire her, but she should maybe have more customer service training or put her in a position where she does not have to interact as much with customers as she doesn't seem to be very happy about it. :( Nice big inside loctaion though and food/drink is good otherwise.

I want to bring something to your attention. When I ordered my drink today, the barista wrote “bum” on my cup. Whether it was meant as a joke or not, it came across as rude and unprofessional. I hope this location addresses it so other customers don’t have a similar experience.

I am honestly furious. I ordered from this Starbucks and found HAIR in my drink. Absolutely disgusting. This is basic hygiene — how does something like this even happen? Completely unacceptable. If your staff can’t follow health standards, then they shouldn’t be serving food and drinks.

I really tried liking this location. Sometimes I drive out of my way 15 min to go to a different location. Many of the staff here are rude, the drinks most times come out tasting off. Yesterday my breakfast sandwich was still cold/ frozen in the middle.

Whoever is the Asian guy in drive-through, he is the rudest man I have ever met. He looks like he absolutely hates his job. My friend who lives near by who also comes here all the time told me the same thing about him. It’s not a “I’m human and having a bad day” rude, it’s a “I hate you and my job, and my life” rude. Please get him the mental help he needs

Place was dead 3pm and I came in after a long time not enjoying Starbucks if your the only person there and they say they don’t know what it’s called you could try to clarify the drink she just plugged it in and gave me definitely a bad drink sounds like there manager fixed it quickly but you would expect better service for 7$ a cofee
