Nice location conveniently located near the Boca Tri-Rail station , great place to relax and have a nice cappuccino or a warmed up pastry. Employees are very professional, courteous and super friendly. This location is maintained well and extremely clean. Coffee is out of this world they know how to make some killer cappuccinos. My new go to spot before work. Super shoutout to the hard working Starbucks employees, Rich, Ronda, Mathew who assisted me today. Rich that cappuccino was amazing.

I just stood at the counter for 10 minutes without being greeted while the ponytail employee chatted it up and listened to a customer reading her text messages and the other employee With the braids in front of the register maybe 2 feet in front of me refused to acknowledge me take my order the entire time. All I wanted was coffee to keep me alert to make my long drive but in my frustration I walked out. Boone should be treated like that. Shame on both employees who have no regard for customer service and are running thr place like it’s their home 🤦🏼♀️

Terrible experience at this location. Had issues in the past but nothing tops this. Ordered a refresher with no ice through the app. When I got to the store to pick up my order, my drink was half full and I was told that it was new company policy when the drink was ordered with no ice, and that if I wanted my drink filled to the top, I had to pay an extra dollar. The employee refused to fill it up to the top after I said that was unacceptable. This is absurd, especially when the drinks are not cheap to begin with. Will not be returning to this awful store.

Terrible service at this location. Waited 20 min for my drink and it would never have been made if I didn't check on it twice! The one girl told me to hold on and proceeded to walk away and do nothing. The Nitro was out and she was just too lazy to change it out and make the drink. I had to ask another barista to make it. I will never go back to this location
