Ordered on the app. Said it was ready at 1:18, didn’t get the coffee until 10mins after. The worker slammed the coffee on the counter and slid it in my direction and then said, as she was turning away, “that’s yours”. The bathroom smelled so bad, the smell lingered into the lobby.

12/15, 9:30 Am - I’ve always loved Starbucks and Mizner Park, but lately, under the new management, things have really gone downhill. Too often, you walk in and see at least five employees, yet no one at the register. It can take 10–15 minutes before anyone even approaches to take your order. When they finally do, they seem rushed and uninterested, barely giving you a chance to order anything extra, like a pastry. To top it off, the place doesn’t feel well-maintained—the front windows look like they haven’t been cleaned in a month. It’s disappointing to see this decline in such a great location

CRAZY management!!! The manager denied me and my friends a WATER CUP! Even offering to pay — online you will never see a store with this type of service. Mizner’s starbucks is going DOWN HILL. Looking to file a lawsuit after discriminatory facepoint being denied after the people in front of me were served. When asked, the manager said “that was before i told them to stop serving waters.” We saw them communictate at a level of zero after the 10 seconds between me and the customer ahead. Please do not attend and DEMAND a staff change. This is NOT what Boca Raton services should be like.

No wonder Starbucks stocks are going down—I’ve pulled all my money out as a result and this can be attributed to the management at Starbucks in Boca Raton.

We love visiting your place we always buy coffee and dessert however last night was terrible so many kids outside without parents sitting on all the chairs throwing things and drinking water and leaving all the cups all over the place made it very uncomfortable to enjoy our latte please take care of this matter

I'll start by saying "WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!"😡 I went there with a few of my siblings and my 86 years old mother on Christmas day 2024, which it was yesterday, just looking for a place for my mom to take a break from walking, and to have a treat and coffee, and we as well as several other customers were treated badly by the manager together with the employees. They were rude and nasty, and they kicked us out of the store because they were getting ready to close at 5:00pm. They treated us like animals and were very rude to us in the way that they threw us out of the store because it was 5;00 pm. We got in the store 20 minutes before closing, the line was somewhat long, there was the manager and two other employees. The service and the coffee was horrible, and the way that they spoke to us was very harsh. They didn't even gave us time to put sugar in our coffee. We'll never go back there "EVER AGAIN!" How rude and how mean are the employees at that particular store. It's so disappointed! 🙉 and thats horrible for being at that location, at "BOCA RATON."

Dirty Store. Horrible MANAGER TRISTIN W the Cat ears. Said I was talking too loud in Store. Definitely the worst Store I have seen. Food never stocked. Floor always dirty. And they worried about me having a good conversation. Stay Away.

Easily one of the best stores in the area! I've never had an issues with ordering ahead and ordering in store. My drinks always come out perfect. As for parking, it's a short walk from the east (free) parking garage
