I used to visit this location occasionally when I attended PBSC and wanted a quick bite to eat. However, after a particularly unpleasant experience, I never returned and never will.

On one visit, I was ordering a Footlong Meatball Marinara on flatbread and asked if they could add a churro to my order. The employee rudely responded, “Yeah, but not for free,” even though I never implied I wanted it for free. To make matters worse, when I requested vegetables on my sandwich, he commented that he comes from an Italian family and that adding veggies to a meatball sub would be frowned upon. While I understand that some people may not like doing that, I don’t mind adding some healthy veggies to my sandwich. No other Subway location has ever had an issue with it before nor gave me their unnecessary opinion on it.

The overall attitude felt unwelcoming. I’ve visited in both casual clothes and my work uniform, so I’m not sure why he would assume I wouldn’t pay for my food. I've paid cash each time and always paid and gave a good tip. Either way, this was hands-down the worst Subway experience I’ve had, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

It was great! somehow stilll open late at night. Which was great for us since we could have a snack.

we arrived at 9:45pm and the doors were locked. the lady working looked at us and just walked away. i've worked in fast food before and it’s not that hard to take orders before closing unless it’s like 5 mins before.BTW the open sign is still on if you see this girl

There isn’t even a cashier in the front. Waited about 6 mins and just left. Waste of my time.

I've been ordering online from this place for lunch recently, and of the past three orders, they've managed to mess up two of them. Rather than make it right, I had to skip lunch on those days after squandering my lunch break trying to order from them. I'm still waiting for a refund on last week's order.You can order breakfast and melts from their website, but when you show up to pick them up, all you get are excuses from brand new untrained employees who have been left alone unsupervised to run the store.UPDATE: Last night the store's owner, Manojkumar Brahmbhatt, called me, yelling and cursing at me on the phone for filling out an online survey I received via from Subway asking me to describe my most recent experience. I had to hang up the phone to stop the stream of profanity and yelling.

Kate was very quick, helpful, and most of all so friendly with a positive attitude!! Such a brief encounter brightened my whole day! I can’t wait to come back!

Ordered via email for a meeting. Maria followed up with a phone call. Food was prepared and ready for pickup on time. All custom requests were accurate.The food was great! Attendees were impressed with the food. Catering box gave a professional presentation for our meeting.

Go somewhere else if you can. Only one person during lunch rush. 15 minute wait just to order.

The place offers a great variety of fresh food. I love dining here. Staff members are always kind, prices are fair and the place is always well organised.
