Sushi By Bou - Boca Raton

My husband and I celebrated our Anniversary here and it was beyond what we could have imagined. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was cozy, and the staff/chefs were so friendly and welcoming! We cannot wait to come back for more!

Overall, this was a nice sushi experience, but not quite the standard of Omakase. I think the fish choices were fairly limited. What was served was delicious but quite standard fare. It is more of a “pre-fixe” menu than what I'm used to from a true Omakase experience. However, since this is the only experience at this restaurant, they kind of have to do it that way. Particularly with four seatings a night. Hard to make everything truly unique. Also, there were no hand rolls, which I felt was strange. Typically when you spend over $100 on Omakase you walk out quite full. I actually went to the beer garden to have a pretzel because I was still quite hungry after dinner. Not sure I would go back as there are many Omakase options today in Boca Raton. I think it's worth exploring and you do finish in an hour which is unusual for this type of experience.

Amazing evening. As always, Jason and the entire team delivered a fun, energetic experience with top-tier sushi, great cocktails, and of course excellent sake.

We had a great time celebrating my husbands birthday at Sushi by Bou! The food was incredible and the service was great. I mentioned it was my husbands birthday and they went above and beyond to make his day special. Would definitely go back!

Absolutely loved my Omakase experience at Sushi by Bou. Each dish that came out became my favorite, so I ended up not being able to.pick a fave. The ingredients were fresh, sushi was expertly made and the service was outstanding! I will be going back!

The experience was overall enjoyed from beginning to end. The chefs really engaged with everyone. Everything single sushi was enjoyable. 🥰

Great food and great experience. Chef heard my guest mention that she didn't care for a particular dish (which was great as that meant I would get two) , but when the course was served he had adjusted hers to a salmon course. Great adaption without intrusion.

A great experience. The sushi is very creative, unique pieces. A fun, tasty time. Food quality was excellent. Staff great. Not the dinner for a quiet conversation with your spouse and not cheap. But we'll be back.

The fish was so fresh and expertly prepared by the chefs. They're ALWAYS SO professional yet entertaining. Love our sake flight to heaven as usual.

Our Omakase experience was absolutely phenomenal. The sushi was amazingly delicious. Both chefs were very knowledgeable and let us entertained. The restaurant staff was very attentive and friendly. We would recommend this place.

The environment and staff were amazing. However, $125 for 17 pieces of sushi I feel is overpriced. I've been to Japan and went to similar restaurants and the quality, presentation and variety of foods were much much better.

Great vibe! Great service? AMAZING food! We did the 12 course with sake flight, wishing we had done the 18 course.
