They ran my card 4 times without telling me. Saying it was my account by I found out I was charged all of these times and have to dispute it. The service sucked and it smells in there.

Incredibly disappointing sushi..we ordered two rolls as a take away and when we tried it, there was absolutely no flavour to the rice. The essence of sushi is the vinegar rice. Ruined our sushi at home date night..would not recommend.

Goodbye Sushi Ray. After loving this restaurant for 30 years, I am saying goodbye and writing a review because I feel compelled to share my story. I took my family for dinner last night and after being sat, nobody greeted us or took drink orders. Finally after a very long time, the orders were taken and we began to wait. and wait. and wait. Finally the sushi comes but the hibachi meals were held up. When the hibachi meals finally came to the table, the shrimp was literally the consistency of rubber. The rice was dry and hard, and the veggies were a sorry side of mushy zucchini!! GROSS! We sent back the shrimp hibachi and was not given a replacement or refund! We asked to talk to the manager/owner Ray, and was told he didn't have time to talk to us. He eventually came over (probably because we stared him down until he did) he was rude and unapologetic, There are so many good sushi and hibachi places in Boca so we are saying goodbye to Ray, his attitude, and his poorly cooked hibachi for good! (They don't even deserve one star)

The worst! Unexcusable ....from flying insects on the soy sauce bottles to a 50 minute wait for a sushi dinner that NEVER arrived! Ray obviously can't keep good help cause he doesn't pay a decent wage ....I saw him being abusive To a sushi chef....telling him faster...nasty....the sushi chef was a rookie and intimidated....Stay away This place doesn't respect it's diners! When your paying more for your meal cause of inflation. It feels double bad when the meal and tip can cost 75$ plus.....and the meal sucks or in my case it never arrived. Ray sayonara. Your a p*****

The worst! Horrible Horrible service!Waited over an hour for a sushi meal and flipped out! Told the waitress she was terrible...never once did she try to explain they couldn't get our meal out!Never offered an excuse meanwhile flying knats swarming our soy sauce bottle! Walked OUT before meal was even close to being prepared.

Reservation was for 8:30, showed up around 8:45 just to be pressured and rushed into starting hibachi, food was mediocre at best, customer service was not ideal as the pressure to put our order in and begin dinner kept rising and rising. Would not recommend as there are better options to choose from to eat hibachi

I came to order a few regular rolls, So I ask for a menu and only see special rolls on it. I ask where are your regular rolls and the man in front tells me I can make you any roll you want. OK, I'm thinking that's fine. I want an Alaskan and Boston rolls. He asks me what's in it? I had to google and tell him what goes in what roll. He tells everywhere in the country everyone does the sushi different. Everyone knows basic rolls . If I wanted to google how to make Boston and Alaskan rolls I could've bought the ingredients and made it myself. The rolls came out blah your basic Publix rolls taste better.

Should be 0 stars. Brought food for half the table and left other half sit there and watch them eat. Pathetic staff that act like there job is so hard walking 15 feet to bring someone food. Plastic was fried in our crab tempura. Disgusting avoid at all costs!!!

Don't bother! Go anywhere else!! We walked up at 8pm for a table for 2 and was told to.come back in 30 mins. The host could have invited us to their bar for a drink while we waited but they didn't seem to care less. So we walked to another restaurant nearby and had a drink to.pass the time. We returned in 30 mins to find the place pretty empty and were sat right away. We were greeted with water by the bus boy very promptly and sat for 20 mins waiting for someone to come take our order. After ordering sushi, 2 salads, and a shrimp and vegetable stir fry, we waited over an hour to finally receive our food. During our wait we watched a waitress speak very nasty to a bus boy and another waiter while throwing her hands around in disgust and annoyed. We also overheard screaming coming from the kitchen at one point like an argument was happening. We also observed the sushi chef responded very rudely to a customer that asked for spicy mayo. This place has too much unfriendly-ness and attitude energy for my taste. So let's talk about the food. The stir fry presentation was HORRENDOUS!! They absolutely threw everything on the plate. The sauce that it came with was empty because it spilled all over the plate. The taste was nothing impressive. The seaweed salad was decent. The green salad never came and they offered Edamame instead which was also pretty standard. The sushi was mediocre at best. Bottom line..... Take your money elsewhere for a better meal and more pleasant experience.

Once we sat down, we waited an hour before we finally had enough and asked to be served. There was barely any people. We only ordered one thing to share and it took them another hour to bring us what we ordered. The food wasn’t even that good
Christmas Eve, coming down here to pickup food for the family and they just told me the order wasn’t going through. They just forgot to process the order. Waiting now for over 40 min and still nothing in sight.No apology, no friendly word, nothing.And I’m not the only one, several people also are not getting their orders.This place sucks, will never come back here!

Food and service have gone way down at this restaurant. Have been a frequent and loyal customer for many years. Tonight we placed an uber order for the entire family, which after an hour and a half of waiting was cancelled by the restaurant. Last time we'll be eating there

Honestly I'm not impressed by this restaurant. Food was kinda bad and the servers/busboys were trying rush us so they could close. We were finished with our appetizer and we had set ourselves for the main entree. The busboy came and tried to take EVERYTHING (our soy sauce plates, regular plates, chopsticks, water glasses) out of the way. Like what the actual hell? We didn't even have our main entree yet and you're just gonna clear our entire table like that????? Waitress asked if I wanted sesame seeds on our rolls and I said "not too much, just a little bit". My rolls came and they were COVERED in sesame seeds. In actual Japanese culture, you don't even put that much or even any sesame seeds at all. I personally would not come back to this place

This place was close to my hotel so I decided to walk over and try it. Not very memorable. Food was ok, not great. Shrimp were rubbery and the service was slow. Sorry, I was a bit disappointed.
