Food is always great, just extremely frustrating to be charged a $1 for half filled plastic side of spice mayo. One "spicy mayo" is barely enough for one sushi roll, and when ordering a whole meal an, additional $6 charge just for a sauce is beyond unreasonable. No where else is a side sauce an extra charge. Hope they can figure this out.

I don't know what it is about servers in Florida insisting on making insulting jokes but your customers are not your pals. Sushi was mediocre and the servers unsolicited advice on how much food I ordered was unnecessary. Two stars because my son liked his meal.

So i ate March 27 wednesday i ordered bento beef teriyaki and upgraded rice to be fried rice the bento about 13 usd then add 3usd for upgrading the fried rice and my total is 17.07usd i signed it!!! But when i saw my bank today she added 3usd more it’s 20.07usd..!!! I don’t trust that latin lady over there… Please order to chinese lady’s over there only you can trust them for billing….

We went to dinner tonight. The food was terrible not fresh. All the sushi we ordered was very fishy and tough. Drinks were made terribly lychee. Martini was artificially, flavored and espresso martini was like a milkshake never had anything so terrible in my life.. The owner Hassan was very rude and disrespectful. At least he said he was the owner. He did not look like an owner or act like an owner. Not accommodating or helpful, not classy and very unprofessional.

We'd been here many years ago when one of our then favorite places in the center was closed for vacation. I have to say that this visit was better. And frankly, my husband's meal was a much better choice than mine, this time. There is plenty of parking out front in the lot. It gets kind of busy because of the Publix grocery store nearby as well as a number of other restaurants on this corner. It's cool and the lights seem blue and a bit dark when you first enter. We were seated in a booth. I had to use my flashlight to read the menu, but that's not a big problem. I'm used to doing that. The menu is quite large. They don't tell you about their specials. You have to turn to the back page. They have a number of lunch specials from which to choose. They are reasonably priced. They come with your choice of soup or salad. I chose the lunch special with beef teriyaki and shrimp tempura. I started with their salad. It was a bowl of iceberg lettuce and carrot shreds and a grape tomato. They are very generous with the ginger dressing. And we both liked it. The lunches come in a bento box. Mine had about eight slices of beef topped with teriyaki sauce along with one piece of broccoli. In another compartment were two pieces of tempura battered shrimp along with one large round slice of a tempuraed sweet potato. Another compartment had a scoop of white rice; another some pickled bean sprouts; and the last a wedge of a fresh orange. The beef was good, the shrimp just so so, the sweet potato good. And I didn't care for the cold bean sprouts. My husband also had the salad to start. His bento box had a four-piece California roll; three pieces of sushi; six pieces of sashimi; and a mound of seafood sunimono salad with octopus et al. It also had those cold bean sprouts and the same orange wedge. It was very good and very fresh. And an excellently priced lunch. I'd go back again if in the area, but I'd choose a different option. I'm sure that my husband would enjoy the same lunch he had again....

If I could give −10 stars. I would do it! The rudest most unfriendly. Wait staff in the world! Impossible to get their attention once you finally get seated. And the restaurant was empty when I got there. And I had to actually walk to the back where the kitchen was to get somebody to give me a table. Once I sat there for 10 minutes. Waiting for somebody to come, take my order. I got up again and went back to the kitchen. And asked for someone to take my order. They had major attitude! The food was good and more than I expected. But that doesn't make up for the horrible service and bad attitude.
I normally have always gone to their west palm beach location, but this was my first time here at this one, the food was very bad, the sushi tasted old and not fresh, some of the items did not come with what the menu said it would, and overall tasted very bland and even bad, first time having an experience this bad at this chain, service felt rushed and overall spent a lot of money on food that couldn’t be eaten.

My friends and I had stopped here for dinner after coming back from the Renaissance Festival.We got seated right away for our large group and we got served our drinks. I ordered the chicken spring rolls which were delicious and had the Sushi Yama roll and the Honeymoon Roll. The Sushi Yama roll was the best one as it was wrapped in a crepe! It was an interesting combination.The service started off great but two of my friends didn’t get their food on time and they were getting upset. By the time their plate’s arrived I was already done with mine, and when we wanted to close out our waitress was nowhere to be found. We had to wait for some time for her to return.I’ll probably be ordering online and taking it to go instead of dining in.
