This location has always gotten my order right, as a vegan this is SUPER important. Shoutout to Erik, always making sure my needs are met. The one time I had an issue, he made sure it never happened again. Less food, more money, no real dollar menu anymore. Fast food is SOOOOO overpriced nowadays it is crazy. How can an average working family with children afford this?

If I could give this location No Stars I would. Where do I even start. The drive through is ALWAYS closed. The people who work here are Always Nasty and NEVER Helpful. I’ve watched people walk out because they refuse to take an order at the counter and insist everyone has to use the kiosk inside so they can hide in the back and not help customers. This has happened on Multiple Occasions and the drive through is just more convenient- which is why they have one. But there is never a sign on it. They make you pull up to the window to tell you to come inside to order. And they are unapologetic and unhelpful. This location should be shut down permanently. On top of all of this, it’s always dirty and they always mess up the order. I honestly hate coming to this Taco Bell.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 freezes, then they said they don’t have freezes so we asked for the cups for a fountain drink (they had no syrup) employees where eating food in the back this was at 9pm 3/17.

Everything was good, but I did not receive the sauce I ordered while ordering through app, like they literally did not add the sauces , the additional ones with the spiciness level of Orange, Red,
Check your order, I come here a lot and noticed they not including all items what I ordered. While waiting saw other customers complaining about this issue. If you mentioned to them that something is missing from the order, they bring back right away, food was ready, just hidden. I say it could be honest mistake, but every order of mine to be messed up, I say they are stealing.
