Fantastic experience at the restaurant. The staff, food, and atmosphere were amazing. But when my wife and I got home, within 20 minutes we both were....very ill. This was the only meal we shared today and neither of us wanted to believe it was our meal at Taki until we realized it could not have been anything else. We're both born and raised Floridians who have eaten seafood all our lives. Fantastic dining experience; afterwards not so much.

All around top tier sushi experience. The service was outstanding, Irene in particular was extremely knowledgeable and attentive with a great personality. The sake list was one of the best I've seen. And our chef was top notch. Our kids loved it, although I'm not sure you'd call it kid friendly. We will definitely go back if we're in the area again.

A high end restaurant in a strip center next to Chipotle? Well it worked to perfection. The simple but elegant decor felt like you were in Miami or NYC. The omakase style cuisine has a combination of cooked and raw sushi/sashimi courses around 20/21, I lost count. The preparation according to the sushi chef is extremely time consuming and involves a unique process for some of the courses. I loved learning about the ingredients and process. As you sit at the sushi counter with other patrons, the sushi chef hands you a delicious and interesting course. The service was attentive and friendly. It was a pleasure dining here. Even the most experienced foodie will be very impressed. The only recommendation I have is to make sure you don’t eat lunch before dining here because you will not walk away hungry. A must dining experience especially for sushi lovers.

Taki Omakase is a hidden gem in a tiny strip shopping center in East Boca Raton. From the moment we were greeted at the door until the end of evening, we were treated as if we were the only guests there - so special and that is how every guest is treated. The sushi was superior, our chef explained every dish with passion and each course was fabulous! It's pricey but well worth it!

Taki Omakase was an incredible meal and I couldn't recommend it more! The ambiance and service was amazing and the food and drinks were outstanding! The sushi chefs made it a very special night and served an exceptional omakase experience. I will make sure to eat here every time I'm in the area!

We saw the reviews and had to try this restaurant. We had previously enjoyed the omakase experience, but this was the best! We enjoyed the many delicious tastes and quality that were served. We are already planning to return.

An amazing and unexpected lunch experience. We had omakase before so was familiar with the process but from the moment we walked in till we finished we had the most amazing service and the flavors were out of this world. This will ruin you from wanting to eat generic sushi/sashimi varieties at other places. The ChawanMushi (japanese egg custard) first dish was quite possibly our favorite and that is saying a lot. Tasting true Wagyu beef also made it clear why a full steak cost so much. Really- you have to come with adventurous spirit and let yourself just go with the flow! Can't wait to go back again! Dinner next time!

Cheap fish and bad service. I had soup spilled all over me. Overall I thought it was fun experience but too expensive most of the fish we had was cheap quality of fish. NoT worth 600 bucks. Four.

I absolutely loved my experience at Taki. Let me just say it was almost like a show. The restaurant style is authentic omakase style where it is a set menu. They would ask you what your allergies are and accommodate your needs. The chef explains each and every dish to you and it is a 20 course meal. Don't let the number scare you, each course is literally a bite size. The restaurant is artfully decorated and they even have a tatami room that fits 4-6 people. We sat at the sushi bar and honestly I think I enjoyed that so much more. The room would definitely be a lot more fun if you go with another couple and want a little privacy. The restaurant is definitely not your typical sushi joint and there is a chance you have trouble eating regular sushi again

Having been a fan of my dinner at Taki in Delray Beach, I was excited to explore their Boca location. This location is much larger and is decorated beautifully. This time, I decided to try lunch which was a wise choice, especially for someone like me who tends to get full quickly. The lunch deal offered an incredible value, with 13 portions served, each a delightful culinary adventure. My favorite part was that there was only 4 of us for lunch so it was much more intimate experience. I was able to interact with the chef and learn about the fish that they import from around the world. Each dish showcased not only skillful preparation but also a thoughtful curation of flavors, making it an unforgettable lunch experience.
