Easily the worst bubble tea I’ve ever had. Every drink tasted like it was diluted with water, and the boba was rock-hard with zero chewiness — completely unacceptable！！
I ordered five different drinks on Thursday (taro, Oreo, jasmine milk tea, and two brown sugar teas), hoping at least one would be decent. None were. The quality was consistently bad across all flavors.
If you’re going to call this bubble tea, I strongly suggest learning how it’s actually made — either by studying in Asia or simply trying places like TEALICIOUS (Davie) or Tiger Sugar (Coral Springs).
Charging customers for drinks like this is a waste of money!!

Salt and pepper chicken is all batter now—there are hardly any big pieces of meat. It gets more ridiculous every time. Nowadays, salt and pepper chicken is basically all flour.

I had a very disappointing experience with my order tonight. I specifically asked for one brown sugar bubble tea with light pudding, but instead all three drinks I purchased were made with pudding. I even double-checked with the staff before leaving, and I was told everything was correctly labeled, so I trusted them. Unfortunately, when I got home — after driving two hours — I found that all three had pudding.
The two staff members working (a male and a female) did not listen carefully, and this mistake cost me both time and money. Accuracy and attention to customer requests are extremely important, and I hope better training or double-checking procedures are put in place so this doesn’t happen again.
