I had a very disappointing experience with my order tonight. I specifically asked for one brown sugar bubble tea with light pudding, but instead all three drinks I purchased were made with pudding. I even double-checked with the staff before leaving, and I was told everything was correctly labeled, so I trusted them. Unfortunately, when I got home — after driving two hours — I found that all three had pudding.
The two staff members working (a male and a female) did not listen carefully, and this mistake cost me both time and money. Accuracy and attention to customer requests are extremely important, and I hope better training or double-checking procedures are put in place so this doesn’t happen again.

I love this place! I always order the black milk tea with either boba or grass jelly. The mango pomelo with sago is also a nice dessert treat. The salt and pepper chicken is also really good and they give you a lot of chicken. It is a great place to study and hang out with friends. There are lots of tables with outlets to plug my computer in. It’s usually pretty quiet and I always get a lot of work done when I come here. 🤩

Absolutely love coming here for boba and ramen. Their Thai tea and spicy miso ramen is sooooo good! I’ve been a regular here for a couple of years now and it’s always consistently good. Also love the decor and music they play :)

The crew here is really messed up I got fired because I got hospitalized and they did not want to wait three days of me being in the hospital They didn’t even give me a warning. They just texted me that I’m done when I didn’t even have my phone at the time they also have favorites and the people that work there kiss up to the weird owner it’s annoying as hell. the boba is hard as hell and its mid it taste watered down

Cute boba place. The drinks are really and they also have snacks, ramen, etc. the interior decor is super cute and service was really quick. Staff were friendly as well. It was our first time trying and we loved it! Highly recommend this if you’re looking for a boba place with snacks.

I’ve been to Tea Plus about 5 or 6 times now and I know I’ll be going back for a while to come. First of all, the tea is DELICIOUS. No other boba tea place I’ve been to has the quality and taste that Tea Plus has. Second, but prob should be first, is the staff. I have had the pleasure of being served by Arjun (I hope I’m spelling his name right) and Evelyn. Wow! They always have a smile on their face and they are both very friendly and courteous. Evelyn always gives me great suggestions and is very knowledgeable about the teas and toppings. The ramen soup and gyoza are delicious. I have to try more on their menu. I’ll ask Evelyn for some suggestions next time 😋 The restaurant’s decorationa are awesome. The whole atmosphere is chill and refreshing. The bathrooms are always clean. The have a wheelchair ramp outside and usually plenty of parking. Great place. Maybe will go back tomorrow 😄
