Not prepared. We went online got tickets for an event. They over booked. The older hostess was so rude. We had a guest that was in an accident on crutches. Would not accommodate. Who doesnt accommodate someone who id disabled? Never said anything on the event about reserving tables.They had 2 people sitting in 6-8 tops and gave them the dinner tables for the whole 4 hour event? No two hour turn over and slot sat empty for 2 hours while they crammed us in like sardines. AC blew at one point it was so hot and sticky.They gave reservation signs to people at the bar probably friends with the older rude hostess. Who in turn took it upon themselves to throw peoples purses jackets and coats off seats at the actual bar while they put them down to pay or get the drinks! Gross. This is who you give chairs too? Trash people? How do you reserve bar chairs? But cant find a seat for a guy on crutches??? Never in all my years in the industry and as a restaurant owner ever seen this kind of amateur hour behavior.The dj was terrible kept playing 30 seconds of a song everyone would start dancing and then hed play a new song then he played the same snippets we just tried to dance to 3 times. So he was not on his game. The 8 of us who got tickets and followed the instructions on website just left went to Capital Grill which was JUST as slammed they were so organized & accommodating and found crutches a place to sit while we waited for a table. The hostess came right over. They have a first come first serve policy at the bar no reserving bar seats. Had a blast will never ever go back to the Blue Dog.
The hostess was SUPER RUDE when we were leaving. There are many other places in Boca or the Tri-County area you can go to eat, enjoy amazing service. Hard pass on this one!

Was a very odd experience. Burger came out raw. Chef didn’t want to put back on the pan so just credited me. Appetizers came out cold but edible. Buffalo Cauliflower was drenched in sauce. Truffle fries were fries with parm. sprinkled. Took 15 minutes to get water. To many good restaurants in area to have these odd experiences. And tip auto included for party of 5? We were laughing about the entire bizarre experience.

Excellent food and very good prices, really. A nice surprise in the usually overpriced SF area. The music volume could be too much, honestly, that's my only observation. It's hard to have a conversation with someone next to you. But the place and service are really good.

Had a great time, there was a private party going on while we were there. The music was loud, but we enjoyed it. The problem I have is this: our server was sweet but not attentive enough. When the bill came, it automatically added 20% tip for only 2 ppl 🙄 I was ok with that but felt it shouldn't have been assumed, especially for party of 2. I used my debit card and when the receipt came back to the table, an additional 3.75% was charged, none of this, the 20% auto charged for tip(party of two) then the additional 3.75% to use a card, debit card, like cash. I think for the prices, this should be disclosed upfront! WILL NOT RETURN...
