The bartenders Faith and Kevin were amazing! They handled a large crowd with professionalism and humor!

Nobody answers the phone, been trying to call for 10 minutes, the whole line is basically down.

Saturday at 12pm, a group of 10 of us came in to celebrate a birthday. The manager immediately told us they were “closing,” then followed it up with “but you can come in, we’ll stay open for you.” That turned out to be completely misleading.
We placed a full order for all 10 people, and almost immediately after, they shut everything down. By 12:30pm—despite their posted closing time being 2pm—the place was basically dead: lights down, spa music playing, and employees hovering around just waiting for us to leave. The entire atmosphere was tense and uncomfortable, like we were inconveniencing them simply by being there.
If you’re closing, then close. Don’t pretend to accommodate a large group, take their money, and then rush them out the door. It’s unprofessional, misleading, and honestly disrespectful—especially for something as simple as a birthday celebration.
This was a terrible experience from start to finish. Definitely not coming back.

So I genuinely never complain on Google right but this experience has upset me to the point where I feel I need to.
Obviously this place is more restaurant than a night club and I understand that.
Last night there,
Music was great and atmosphere was amazing, the bar tenders was absolutely terrible.
There was 3 bartenders in total, 2 men and 1 woman. I stood and waited for service for about 20-30min, in that time one of the guys saw me and looked at me a few times and I basically pleaded to just get a drink. Me and my friends and a lot of people I know that was there was experiencing the same thing.
I eventually ask my girlfriend to try cause I was done waiting and couldn’t anymore to my suprise she was experiencing the same still 15min later after I got back from outside.
I had to tell the one woman bartender I will give her a big tip just so they can help in which she responded “Maybe”
Understand in the whole time we were waiting the bar was really not that busy and the bar tenders was talking to each other and dancing around and genuinely not really doing anything other than walking up and down and helping someone here and there.
After she eventually took my drink order I was conversating with my friend and this woman bar tender literally THREW ME WITH ICE, flung it against the back of my HEAD!!! from the other side of the bar just so I can activate my apple pay. She was about 20 feet away and literally just THREW ICE at my head instead of asking me like a regular person.
Guess I should have done the same just to get some bartenders attention but this is most probably not the ethical way to do things.
To the owner or manager of this place if you have cameras in this place please check them.
I am white male, I wore a black t shirt, red and black cap facing backwards, with blue jeans and black and white nikes with my HEAT jacket that I tied around my waist and we arrived after half past 12
it is genuinely a very nice place its just a shame the service was soo awful and that bartenders fling ICE at your head but you can never get their attention

My friends and I attended the blue dog last night Monday the 4th of May and all I can say is your bartenders are extremely rude and ignored not only me but my friends. We waited patiently for about 20 mins only to be ignored and have the other people served. The bartender even threw ice at my friends face. I will not be attending ever again and won’t recommend this place to anyone
Food wasn’t great, and when we went to use the restroom a male worker followed me and my friends into the women’s restroom. We asked him to leave and he didn’t and got really quiet acting like he wasn’t in there any longer. Come to find out, my friend put her phone under the stall and found him standing there. I am extremely concerned for not only my safety but the safety of other women.

When during a 90s event purchase tickets through Eventbrite. When we got to the venue we were advised that we could not sit at a table and if we wanted to sit at a table it would be a $250 minimum.

Had an amazing night Friday night for guest entertainer George Lamond who is an incredible singer. Only three bartenders for a slam packed restaurant and bar wasn't working well at all. It took me over half an hour to get a drink but I will say the bartenders kept their cool and I appreciate that.

This has got to be the ugliest venue I’ve ever dined it. The decor is industrial half done dark and staid. We came for lunch so perhaps it looks better with a crowd and live music. Having said that the staff is over the top friendly to include bartenders and wait staff. The spicy tuna roll was fair at best. The rice consistency seemed like the roll had been pre-made in advance. The sliders and the chicken/waffles were delicious as were the drinks. If you are looking for ambiance most of the other venues at the mall have it. This decor is plain depressing.

Changing my food review to 1 star !!
I got food poisoning!!! 12 hours of non stop vomiting and diarrhea . Don’t go here
2 stars. Trevor, our waiter, was great. The inside esthetic is great. The food is horrible and the bathrooms are awful. Trevor did say that the bathrooms are the malls responsibility but still.
Crispy rice was great, the rest, absolutely gross.
The truffle flat bread had no truffle and little ricotta.
The chicken and waffles didn’t have the jalapeño syrup it was supposed to come with. But the chicken was greasy and it was dark in color, as if used old oil.
The crab cake Benedict didn’t have hollandaise, we had to ask for it. The dish was disgusting. I took 2-3 bites and I thought I was going to throw up.
They really have a beautiful menu and a lot of potential. There’s so much competition in Boca and this doesn’t even come close.

We go frequently to see live music events. The food is always good but they often run out of certain dishes especially appetizers. The music events are always great. The bathroom is DISGUSTING! THE Stalls don't lock properly and one of the doors is literally coming off the hinges. This is a bathroom for a high end restaurant where people come for an evening. They really need to make repairs in the womens restroom for privacy and clean it up.

The place is cramped. The dance floor is tiny, certainly not intended for the size crowds they have. The bar is understaffed, and the wait is endless

My first time here, they had an event going on and knowing they had an event, they surely didn't stick up for it all i kept hearing was we dont have this and we dont have that, we waited 30 minutes for drinks and 45 minutes for basic food, the event itself was god even though for a 4 hour event the artist literally came on stage the last 20 minutes, bathroom was disgusting, honestly this place should just shut down.
