The Capital Grill remains a standard for service and fine cuisine. Joao was a phenomenal server taking care of our every request promptly and providing a lovely experience. The only detraction was was a kiddie party being held in the dining room providing the usual screams and annoyance.

We celebrated our anniversary last night. Jared Resnick was our fabulous waiter who made it a very special evening for us. We were given a very quiet private room in the back. Besides drinks, we had the lobster bisque and wedge salad. I had the scallops as my entree and my husband had the tomahawk veal chop which we understand is being removed from the menu. It happened to be very lean and excellent last night. We will definitely be back very soon. The Capital Grille is our favorite...

Ribeye sandwich and duck fat fries for lunch is epic. I don't even get ribeye normally cause it's so fatty but this was nicely trimmed, zero gristle and I give huge bonus points for that.
