Such a nice place, friendly and efficient staff. Onion rings were phenomenal. Had eggplant dinner and hubby had hamburger, both delish. Very happy, I couldn't even eat all my food! Had a German beer recommended by Hillary, very excellent. Joined drink around the world competition, filled out my card and on my way to drinking more fun foreign and domestic beers! Want to win a duck shirt! Lol Recommended.

This local spot is exactly what you’d expect. A great beer selection, fast and friendly bar service by Sarah Mae, classic bar food AND EVEN SPECIALS!!
My first visit was yesterday after getting some hurricane supplies and needed to refuel and relax. Had two delicious beers on tap, served in a frosted glass (NICE!) and we shared some chicken wings, burger sliders, sweet potato fries, and a cup of chili. It was the perfect place to get some comfort food and a couple laughs with the locals!
Food was 3.5/5 - it’s a dive bar, but everything was hot and fresh! Service 5/5 - again the solo bartender was quick, friendly & nice! Atmosphere 4/5 - you step into what seems like a tavern in old town, brick walls, cool decor, and cozy vibes.

As a Boca local for over 40 years, I've seen it all. The best, the worst, and everything in between. I recently had an opportunity to match up the food from my most favorite local dive, with the the same exact dishes from the highest rated restaurants in Mizner Park. 4 separate times in the last week, I went downtown and ordered something from a restaurant that specializes in that particular cusine. I won't name them here, but you can easily find my other reviews. Everyone of those dishes I ordered for dinner out, I bought for lunch the next day at the Duck Tavern. I can tell you with absolute certainly, that the Duck can produce food that is far superior to any other venue around. And that's just the food. The drinks..... Forget about it. These days it seems like you have to beg to get a decent drink. But here, they poor the drinks the right way by default. Food and drink= best in Boca. Atmosphere: Darts, Music, Locals, Girls, Boys, Strong drinks, Good people. These folks now how to hustle to accommodate you and your guests. Hillary and Sara May always know exactly how to take care of their patrons. Not only the food and drink, but taking the time and effort to get to know everybody and, their stuff they walk in with. I can always count on a good word and an encouraging perspective. Thanks so much to The Duck Tavern for always being their, consistently great for the last 20 years. Looking forward to the next 20.
Excellent food. There is a new? chef at night, he is amazing!!! Great presentation and the food was DELICIOUS. Will definitely come back...gotta try the Duck Burger off the hook!!
