Really fun atmosphere, there is a nice balance of being upscale but not over the top. Jackets are not required and I would be comfortable bringing my young kids here. Service was really good and the food was fantastic.

It’s the Boca — perfection is expected, and the price point matches it. I stay here whenever I’m in the Florida office, and it doubles as an excuse for my partner to join me — she loves it.
The staff are excellent. At times they lean heavy on service, but that’s the guest profile they’re catering to. I’m the rare type who doesn’t want to be fussed over, but I don’t let that affect my rating.
I love the main building — classic Mizner, Spanish revival, real wood and ornate metal. But I do also stay in the Tower, I like the private suite and top-floor lounge make for someone that doesnt need fuss to feel at ease. My favorite is the pizza and Saddels, you cannot go wrong with their sandwiches.
Bottom line: you can’t go wrong. The Boca is over the top in the right ways. It delivers exactly what a 5-star resort should.

My friends and I dined at The Flamingo Grill in Boca Raton and were profoundly disappointed by an incident that quickly overshadowed what should have been a pleasant evening. During our meal, a man (club member) seated nearby began loudly and repetitively harassing a couple, insisting with a tone of entitlement that he could sue everyone and is personal friends with the owner! He continued with threatening, predatory rhetoric, effectively turning the dining room into his personal stage. This behavior was not only inappropriate but disruptive to everyone around us.
The response from management was lacking. The on-site manager, whom I observed with dark slicked-back hair, did not intervene to de-escalate the situation or address the affected party. There was no visible effort to restore a sense of safety or to apologize to the patrons subjected to the ongoing outburst. The absence of action left the impression that this type of conduct is tolerated, which is unacceptable in a restaurant that should prioritize guest well-being and a harassment-free dining environment.
Because the disturbance persisted and the atmosphere deteriorated so rapidly, my party decided to settle our bill and leave and other's did so, too!. The quality of the food or service cannot redeem the evening when a disruptive incident of this nature dominates the experience and the establishment fails to respond appropriately.
If The Flamingo Grill aims to uphold a welcoming and respectful dining environment, I would recommend they implement clear harassment policies, train staff in de-escalation techniques, and ensure that managers are prepared to address such situations promptly and with empathy for affected guests. Customer safety and comfort should be a minimum standard, not an afterthought. The individual responsible for soiling our esteemed gathering with such vulgarity and uncouth behavior should have his membership revoked!!!

Great ambiance in the restaurant. When we walked in we felt like we were in for a food experience. From the beautifuldecor, to the great music,it was a all around great meal. It is pricey, but the taste and presentation of the meal was worth it. Great service!

Great food, horrible service. Incredibly slow, dinner took over 3 hours. I think the waiter honestly forgot about us at one point because he didn’t come by for at least 45 minutes. Can get good food with better service elsewhere.

I called to about menu and was hung up on by person answering phone after first question. Why would anyone want to eat at a place where customers are disrespected. If employees are bad, food must be bad. I'm avoiding this place.
