BEWARE, not worth it. We would prefer to have left a wonderful review as we do for many vendors and local businesses. Stopped to charge car at the new FPL EV stations and ate breakfast quickly. Unfortunately our experience wasn't impressive. place was fairly empty on a Saturday at 930am. No host or greeter. The employee behind the counter did greet me and said sit anywhere. No menu brought to me, food was not delayed but lacked flavor and didn't taste home made or even fresh fresh. Pricing was inexpensive and lots of loud political decor all over, a bit obnoxious including televisions with political broadcasts. Plaza had fairly recent remodel and plenty of parking. Outdoor seating available too by the plaza sidewalk, Restroom not very clean, and not sure about their food handling procedures as we didn't have a table near kitchen.

Let me just say something this is the worst breakfast that I’ve ever had anywhere, The service was great, but the food was horrible.

We were looking for a breakfast place and did we hit the jackpot! The atmosphere here was cozy, very patriotic (which we loved) and food was excellent! If I lived in Florida I'd become a regular here! I wish NJ had a place like this! I highly reccommend!

It is disappointing to see management dismiss critical feedback as 'fake' rather than addressing the actual concerns raised. As someone who lives/vacations right down the street, I can assure you my experience was very real. Instead of deflection, I encourage the leadership here to focus on improvement. Please contact me directly if you still questioning the validity of this review, I can certainly address your issue since you seem to ignore mine.
Visited the other day whilst doing some laundry next door. I like diners and old country store burgers so I figured I'd give a burger a try. I ordered a cheese burger with cheddar cheese and fries. As simple as it gets. Service was prompt and kind but the food was a total miss. Though the burger was thick the overall size of the burger was the size of a McDonald's cheese burger. Instead of a slice of cheddar cheese I got shredded Colby jack. The patty itself was so grease with absolutely zero taste. Not seasoned at all, and when mentioned at the end I was told they only use S&P on the burgers. There was not even S&P, the fries were also overcooked and basically burnt. All of this for around $17!

Good food, typical diner, friendly people, cheesy atmosphere, only downside is they have AON running on the TV 24/7.

I’m someone who loves leaving positive reviews, especially when I have a genuinely great experience, so writing this feels very foreign to me. Today, while washing bedding next door at Speed Queen Laundry, I walked over to The Griddle to grab something to eat.
When I approached the front counter, the woman working there was busy with side tasks and told me to go find the waitress who was clearly already running around handling multiple tables. She even called out to the waitress a second time, and the waitress responded, “What are you doing? Why don’t you help her?” That interaction alone told me everything I needed to know.
Both employees seemed uninterested and disengaged, but I was especially taken aback by the woman at the front counter. Even when I mentioned I was ready to order, there was no effort to assist, no acknowledgment, and no sense of basic customer service.
I ended up walking out and going next door to the coffee shop instead.
I believe in supporting businesses and uplifting great service, not tearing places down. But this was truly a disappointing first impression, and I hope sharing it encourages the management to improve the guest experience.

I have found this cool little diner in boca off of spanish river road. It is an excellent breakfast and lunch style family restaurant. The food is always served warm and fresh with a smile from a very happy waitress Joanne. She will keep your coffee filled and warm. Always good for a smile and a quick joke. They do accept credit cards. As that was my form of payment. This is turned into a very welcome establishment. They have in the area.

Delicious food for breakfast, brunch and lunch. Food comes out fast and fresh. They cook with Beef tallow as well which is a huge plus and you can taste the difference. Service has been excellent every time and the location is very convenient. The kids also enjoyed the food and said it was delicious. I had the frenchi sandwich, a western omelet kids had chicken tenders with fries, an egg sandwich and a waffle. Very happy customers.

Came inside and no hostess was present, nor any signs. Myself and a different patron each took a menu off the stack that was sitting at entrance. An employee from behind the counter screamed “Those menus are for to-go orders!—We will bring you a menu”. No greeting, no “pls sit down”. The other patron left, saying he’s “not going to be talked to rudely”. I was more patient and sat down in an open booth. No one approached me (with or without a menu). After several minutes of being completely ignored, I left. Please pull the cameras to verify.
I’m writing this review because the owners need to know why two different customers left and won’t be returning. Failure to acknowledge people, other than screaming at them the minute they walk in the door, is not a good business strategy. A modicum of customer service can make all the difference in the competitive restaurant market, especially considering in the same plaza as The Griddle are three other neighboring food options
