Nice place in a nice area. Stopped here by chance and the Teriyaki Cheeseburger is great. The burgers and fries and onion rings are all good. I can see how this place could be Habit forming. My only negatives were getting charged extra for onion rings instead of fries for the kids meal, and the trash cans inside and outside were all overflowing. I was also entertained watching drivers try to parallel park along the curb at a 75 percent failure rate, which has nothing to do with the restaurant.

First time getting a Habit Burger. Very good if you like a grilled taste.

Absolutely awful experience. Ordered through uber eats, apparently the order didn't pick up on their system. Uber driver canceled it, awaiting another. I cannot get into contact with this restaurant. They do not have a direct number and rely on some sort of call center that has no connection to the store. I am incredibly frustrated with the absolute lack of customer support

Is a lady in the font where you order your meal She is so unfriendly and is not the first time. I supposed to have a nice lunch with my grandson and son in law. She made us feel uncomfortable
She needs to be trained again for good or better customer service.

The food was just okay. I ordered the chicken club with tempura green beans, which was incredibly greasy. After eating, I felt terrible. What really bothered me was that the lady packing my meal wasn't wearing gloves and was handling food with her bare hands while simultaneously using her phone. She even touched other people's food with the same hands she used to pack my tempura green beans.

Restaurant is clean. They messed up my To Go order on 2 occasions. I always request no tomatoes. And there was tomato on my burger and in my salad. Also ordered onion rings, and they weren't in the bag. They used to be reliable, good service, sadly, not anymore.

When my order was ready I was engaged in a conversation and did not hear them calling my name for pick-up. When I came to counter for pick up, Jessica said to me “ you didn’t hear me calling your phone number 5 times!?” To which I said , no. Both Melissa and her co-worker Jessica proceeded to laugh and became very rude and provided finished the experience with extremely poor customer service.
I explained that giggling was not very polite when a customer may not hear their order being called to which both employees continued to giggle and speak to one another in Spanish under their breath. Jessica, apparently is a Manager who sets a very bad example and should not be an ambassador of Habit Burger. Melissa , very sarcastic, lacks the intelligence it takes to handle herself professionally.
The lack of awareness falls on management and both employees should be re-trained.

Good burger and sweet potato fries. Just ask what's in the burger because I was surprised by all the mayo (not my fave). Otherwise, I'm a fan.

Tip Bait- another fast food joint wanting you to tip as I ordered from a kiosk and picked up/ cleaned up my own food. Knock it off.
