The best, light and airy cake!!! The marscapone cake with fruit filling was so delicious and fantastic. The whipped topping wasn't too sweet and was a perfect compliment to the fresh sweet raspberries and strawberries. We all ate seconds and keep raving about it. SOOOO good!!!!

On a walk to Trader Joe's for flowers, friends & I stumbled upon a new bakery - The Loe Sugar Bakery on South Federal Highway in Boca. We popped in all of the items looked fabulous although we weren't sure what they would taste like sans sugar. This bakery offers a large assortment of pastries, desserts, sandwiches and even hot dogs.We ended up purchasing a hot dog, a fruit sorbet and the chocolate cake. I only tasted the two desserts, but my friend raved about the hot dog. The fruit dessert was so good without the sugar but fruit is sweet. The chocolate cake was surprisingly delicious without the sugar. It felt great to support a new small business ! Highly recommend !

LOVE your cinnamon buns. They are not super heavy - the perfect amount of sweetness. It was great to be able to order them by phone so that when I went in they were boxed and ready for me. I look forward to trying other baked goods. (It would be great to know the calories and ingredients . . .. then again, maybe not - lol)

Definitely the best danish I ever had! I have been in many bakeries around the world and tried a lot of low sugar goodies. But this one is special , fresh, home made and delicious! I highly recommend this bakery, I already told some of my friends! I cabe wait to go back and try all the delicious low sugar cake, all natural sandwiches etc …. they have!

Great experience every time I step on this neat place to try something. I’m very sensitive to sugar and white flour, I eat their delicacies and feel great! Super flavorful and light ! My two daughters also love it. Awesome bread, pastries and cakes. Stop for a coffee and a bite, you will definitely enjoy.

After I had a slice for myself at the store first time, I ordered online and picked up the Italian Cake with Coconut and Raspberry for my best friend daughter's birthday. I was very impressed with the taste and the low sugar content that they advertised and I think the taste was just right! I will definitely come back for more.

We ordered a birthday cake and picked it up. The staff was so friendly and the bakery has very special food, we loved the cake, it was so well balanced, not too sweet. The breads they offer in the store look so delicious and are from great variety! Definitely Recommend.
