The Melting Pot

This is the best fondue we have tried, even the ones in Switzerland don’t come close. The experience is so customizable both in terms of size of meal (can do the complete 4-course or just a couple) and in what comes with your meal. We are always exceedingly happy with the food and the service. The staff here are attentive but never hover. If you are looking for fondue or just a new type of dinner experience please try this, you won’t be disappointed.

The food was good as was the service, the value is awful. We paid about $400 including tax and tip for a party of five. It was absolutely not worth it $80 a person

The Melting Pot in Boca has a special place in my heart. This location is amongst the top 3 options that my daughters and I choose to celebrate special moments and milestones (and sometimes just to have delish girl-time!). My daughter celebrated her birthday this past Friday evening, and it was great. Although the restaurant was pretty populated and packed, it wasn't uncomfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Special shout-out to both Steven and the manager! Our small part of 6, were able to accommodated when I ran slightly behind schedule and they were kind and helpful. Steven even had some tricks up his sleeve : ) They're deserving of nothing less than 5 stars. One of my guest already plans to hold her birthday dinner there, based off of our experience. We live closer to the Palm Beach Gardens MP but drive to Boca as it's just a bit better all around. Been going 15 years or so since my daughter was little for a fun family meal. Melted cheese is the showstopper and we've always had great service. The managers are always there and they keep notes in their system of your preferences which is a nice touch. Pro tip, order way more cheese than you think you'll need!

Kristen did a remarkable job. She was attentive and engaging. The food was fantastic and she shared details of the menu and flawlessly handled meal prep table-side.

Always a fun dining experience. Food was fresh and plentiful. Service was friendly and courteous.

Love Boca Raton Melting Pot. This time our server let the get way too hot and everything kept burning. He also wouldn't listen to want we wanted and we were very disappointed in our experience this time. Worst meal we ever had there.

Steve was a phenomenal server!! Coming from 2 people in the restaurant industry its hard for us to be blown away by someone's service but he was exceptional! Highly recommend asking for him when you dine here :) food was also great as always!

Service was exceptional, Ambiance was exquisite. I couldn't think of a better way to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. We frequent this Melting Pot which is the best in South Florida. They always remember my name and preferences. If you want fun and intimate family time, this is the place!

Every visit to The Melting Pot is nothing short of amazing! The atmosphere is cozy, fun, and perfect for any occasion — whether it's a date night or a get-together with friends. The service is truly what sets this place apart. Chris, the manager, always goes out of his way to check on us and make sure everything is perfect — it's clear he genuinely cares about every guest's experience. Natalie is so sweet and accommodating; she always makes us feel welcome and valued. Spencer gives the absolute best service every time — attentive, friendly, and always one step ahead of what we need. Tara and Kristin are fantastic as well, always bringing such great energy and professionalism. And the food... absolutely incredible! From the delicious cheese fondue to the perfectly cooked entrées and the decadent chocolate dessert, everything is top quality and full of flavor. It's rare to find a restaurant where the food, service, and atmosphere all shine equally, but The Melting Pot nails it every single time. Huge thanks to the whole team for always making our nights special!
