Nov 20...been there in the past and everything was good. Went there today and expected the same...no such luck. The bagels were stale/hard and the service was terrible. How long does it take to walk a blueberry muffin out to the outside tables? The muffin was already made. It took more than 20 minutes and I suspect they never would have brought it out. I finally went back in to retrieve it. I didn't observe my tipping rule. Never prepay a tip until you're served. 20% got me nothing. Management should get rid of the people there today.

Good bagels for a reasonable price, but cream cheese is expensive & basically doubles your cost. Avoid the sausage, it's rubbery like McDonald's. Staff was nice & helpful. Inside & outside was very clean. Bathrooms were nice & clean. The coffee selection both hot & cold is impressive. They have coffee ICE CUBES!! Good selection of creamers. Coke products for soda & nice slection of teas. Fun music selection.

Great bagels and decent coffee but place could be cleaner and the person at the register wears a dirty company shirt with huge holes in it. Is there any supervision?

This was my first time and the food was great. Employees we friendly. My only complaint is the restaurant felt dirty. The glass alomg the way so thay ylu can see how they make the bagels needs to be cleaned inside and out. All the plaques on the wall with celebrity signatures look like someone sprayed them and forgot to wipe them so they just have drip marks all over. The floor by the staws and tops had multiple wrappers on the floor (I get it if someone drops one this was differnt as if some forgot to sweep under the furniture) just felt dingy. I hate leaving this review but management should know.

This is always a great place to grab a fresh bagel, the fluffiest cream cheese, and the strongest coffee if you like it iced - think: coffee ice cubes. ♥️ Genius! I also love running here for a breakfast sandwich or their tuna salad bagel sandwich for lunch. Their tuna salad is absolutely fabulous.

Let’s be clear the bagels are delicious! I give this place 3 ⭐️’s solely due to the cleanliness or the lack of it and the fact that this place looks like it’s stuck in the early 90s. If you don’t mind the above than go for a bagel as it won’t disappoint you.

Not sure what has happened with this company, but it's not as good as it used to be. We waited 30 minutes for 2 bagels to find out our order had not been started yet so we got a refund and left. Mind you, there were only a handful of people at the place and half of them were already eating. While getting our refund 4 other employees walked out the back and finally started helping and a cashier up front stated the only guy making the orders was training, but they weren't offering him any help and just rushing him to get the orders out. We ordered from here a few days later to give it another chance and the food was mid. The bagels were extremely salty and just not worth the money.

The WORST managed BWB I’ve ever visited. Only 2 employees visible. Long lines. People demanding refunds. 3 orders brought back for being incorrect and I waited over 15 minutes and had to ask for my food. This owner should lose their franchise. It’s a disgrace compared to others. People were walking out. I guess the owner is making so much money they don’t care.

I can’t stand a place that does not have Americans also working in their place is why I give this review , the majority of the people are all Haitians . To each is own but I live in America and everyone in this area only hires Haitians . Is a shame Brooklyn is not in Puerto Prince Haiti . I do not believe this is discriminatory what I am saying . Is the truth and the truth hurts . Have diversity in America .Hire also Americans period
