Let’s be clear the bagels are delicious! I give this place 3 ⭐️’s solely due to the cleanliness or the lack of it and the fact that this place looks like it’s stuck in the early 90s. If you don’t mind the above than go for a bagel as it won’t disappoint you.

The WORST managed BWB I’ve ever visited. Only 2 employees visible. Long lines. People demanding refunds. 3 orders brought back for being incorrect and I waited over 15 minutes and had to ask for my food. This owner should lose their franchise. It’s a disgrace compared to others. People were walking out. I guess the owner is making so much money they don’t care.

Yes I realize they don't pump in water from Brooklyn :). But still one of the top 3 bagel and more restaurants in South Florida and beyond. Great coffee choices as well and one of the tastiest light cream cheese I've found
