There are 100s of bagel restaurants in the area, but this is clearly the best. Great variety of fresh, delicious bagels, plus an excellent selection of traditional sandwiches and marvelous special ones

I ordered two bagels. I tell three times no onion and when I get home, I open up both of them has onion and I have a allergy. I throw this to the garbage. Over price.

Fluffiest eggs ever! The breakfast bagel sandwich was pure magic. The best I’ve had in decades. And coffee ice cubes genius.-The Cubsta , it changes the game.

The Staff is always friendly and happy to help. In my last review the gentleman I mentioned, Orel, again, went above and beyond. I am happy to travel to Boca Raton from Delray Beach to buy these amazingly delicious bagels from wonderful people. 😋😀

Very disappointing. This used to be the only place to get high quality bagel-related food. Now, not so much. My sandwich had a tiny piece of sausage on it, but a solid 2" thick piece of egg. It was barely room temperature. The hashbrowns were downright cold. They were out of the soda I wanted. Hey at least the person running the register got us rung up in less than 15 minutes from the time we stepped up. It was like they were only allowed to push one button every 30 seconds. Sad, sad, sad. You need to try harder, BWG if you want to compete with Long Island Bagel and Way Beyond Bagels.

Just look at the egg and you can tell how processed it is. I think I’ve had better food in jail. Everything slipped out the bagel in the first bite. It’s honestly not worth the money. Hard bagels for no reason

The iced coffee cubes here are a true game-changer. Instead of watery, diluted coffee as the ice melts, you get a consistently rich, smooth flavor right down to the last sip. Each cube preserves the essence of fresh-brewed coffee, ensuring that every moment of the drink remains bold and satisfying. It’s an innovative, thoughtful touch that transforms an ordinary iced coffee into something remarkably indulgent.

Bagel was salty tasted like the ocean water same with the eggs. Had more water in the egg then the actual egg itself

My girlfriend and I are big fans of Brooklynized Water Bagels. We have been to every location in Broward County over the years and have had consistently great food and service. We visited this Boca location on New Years day 2025 and were honestly appalled at the cleanliness of the restaurant. The self-service counter was dirty and not fully stocked. Both bathrooms (by chance, we happened to use both separately) were filthy with urine all over, clearly not checked by staff consistently as this was around 8am and both bathrooms were somehow in disastrous shape.

The quality of our sandwiches was also poor. We both ordered the Williamsburg sandwiches and on both sandwiches we were given almost white unripe tomatoes. We were in a hurry and didn't make a fuss in the restaurant but these are nearly $15 a piece for these sandwiches and it wasn't like they were swamped as there were maybe 4 other customers at the time. I mean, c'mon.

I believe this is a result of poor management and I believe BWB should look into this because they will certainly lose more business if this is the norm at this location. If we were new customers and hadn't had so many great experiences at other BWB locations, we would have never returned to BWB again. I don't usually write reviews to complain but this was very disappointing and we will not return to this location again.
