Went in at 1pm ordered three bagles with tuna salad. Saw everyone behind get there orders accept mine. Mentioned it to the kid said manager is making the orders. Then I see her make three other bagels, and put them aside. Then proceeds to make my order 20 minutes later and the place was empty only ones eating were the people after me. Im thinking after all reviews manager need to fired. Cause it is going to get worst for this place.

I came back after many years because the place was always full, lots of people, never a space, and the bagels were delicious! Unfortunately, the place has changed dramatically. It has a dirty ambiance. Service is below average. The bagels are flat, no longer puffy and delicious. Taste is not the same 😞 bummer! I missed those bagels!

I've always been a fan of Brooklyn Bagels. I have been coming to this location since we moved to Boca Raton 2 years ago. I probably would come more often but, the service in this location stinks. The employees do not pay attention to the customers placing orders. Several times I have had wrong orders. I have been standing at the counter on several occasions when the employees were kidding around with each other, each time it resulted in an issue. I have had wrong orders made several times. It is to much of an inconvience to have to come back all the time to correct the order. On Satuday the employee took several minutes doing something on the register before looking up at me and taking my order. Once she took my order I could see she was having a problem finishing the order. The result was a double charge. Brooklyn Bagels is not the least expensive place and I expect better service for my money. Plenty of other good Bagels around. I won't be back.

Once again, my order was incorrect. Gave them another chance but not sure why. Paid extra for a flagel, didn't get it. Ordered jalapeño cream cheese, got plain. Didn't think it was too hard of an order, but clearly I was incorrect. Very disappointed!

I purchased food from the BWB Boca Raton West shop on August 3. I purchased online. When I got home, one of the apple cinnamon muffins had mold inside. I returned to the store to show them. I requested a refund for the order and have not received the refund to my card. The manager said he emailed someone and that my card would be refunded. This is not the first unpleasant experience that I’ve had at this store. Orders are often missing items, AC often not working and management seems to have no regard for customer service. In fact when I brought the moldy muffin back they implied I must have bought it days before even though they had just handed it to me 10 minutes prior.

I visited today 8/7/25, their A/C is broken.. their creamer machine is broken and the coffee tastes sour. They have creamers packaged in little containers on the cashier counter that went bad because of the heat and curdled in my coffee. I asked for a refund for my coffee but I should have also asked for a refund for my bagel sandwich… the Asiago bagel was so dry maybe because the bagels are sitting out in the heat. It did not taste like a bagel. Overall terrible experience and I won’t be coming again. It should be illegal for their employees to be working in this heat for over a week. With the bad creamers and bread sitting out in these temps you would think this is a health code violation.

There are 100s of bagel restaurants in the area, but this is clearly the best. Great variety of fresh, delicious bagels, plus an excellent selection of traditional sandwiches and marvelous special ones
